Came through this morning around 9:20am and ordered a grande matcha, with oat milk, 2 pumps of brown sugar & 1 pump of vanilla . The whole drink was nasty and made incorrectly. The lady at the window , was very rude as if she couldn’t speak at all . So I decided to go back through the line to get my drink remade and it was still done incorrectly. The issue is that I’m having is that you shouldn’t have anyone on the line making drinks if you are no able to make the drink . You guys are too expensive to be playing with people drinks . This has happened twice before but this will be my last coming to this location !! I need a refund !

This is by far the best Starbucks that I have ever been to! I was traveling from Houston, and the service was impeccable! I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and given a warm goodbye on my way out! Every employee was super sweet, and Dany, Devyn, and Rickie (Sorry if I misspelled) were so patient with my complicated order and made it beyond perfect! I would 100% recommend this Starbucks to anyone! If you’re looking for efficient, wonderful service and a dang good coffee, this is the location to go to!

I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks but this one was so bad I had to say something. Long story short, I was ignored/forgotten. It was extremely busy and didn’t expect my drinks to made right away, which is I why I went inside, but 45 minutes for two drinks!?! Customer service, and common sense lacked from the workers. I guess a lot of moms stare and wait by the counter for fun? I could not believe the amount of people that got their drinks before me. Just rude and not like Starbucks at all. Not that these workers care, but I’ll definitely not return to this location. Hulen & DONNELLY will always be my Hulen st. go to.

Edit: I’m so glad they took those weird cameras away! Everyone that works at this location is fantastic. They deserve a better environment than that. Thank you for giving your employees more dignity and respect.

Orig: Why is there a camera showing the employees in the drive through now? It seems so controlling over your staff. They should have the freedom to roll their eyes at stupid customers in privacy. Working drive through is a busy job. Let them just do it without having it broadcast. Weird move, Starbucks.

I have never been more dissatisfied in a business in my life. Your employees don't wash your hands after touching money or taking out the trash. They don't say thank you to the customer Amber and The other employee who I did not see her name tag. Second time in won't be back. Dutch Bros is better. I had to say thank you to your employee twice. Just deleted the app and I am contacting corporate

One of the rudest if not the rudest interactions I have ever had at a Starbucks. I was going through the drive thru with my elderly grandma and the girl at the window was extremely rude. She put the machine out the window for my grandma to use her card and it was asking for a tip and my grandma was having a hard time reading it and the girl barely even looked at her or tried to help her. I had to reach across the car and help her! Then my grandma forgot to ask for a pup cup and so she asked at the window and when the girl came back with it she was extremely rude to my elderly grandma about it and then slammed the window practically in her face! She also never asked if we wanted a receipt at the end of the transaction. Never going back to this Starbucks if this is how they treat their customers.

Whoever the cashier was at 4:12pm, that guy was awesome! And whoever made my coffee at the same time, did it better than anyone had ever done it! Best experience I’ve had at this location, outside of running into Jessica when she was there.

This is the second time I get treated badly at this location,
The girl at the window took my payment waited to see if I was going to tip, I typically do tip but I couldn’t today. & I immediately saw her attitude change.
After that she sent the red head guy to give me my drinks that were awfully made.
My daughter’s COOKIE CRUMBLE Frappuccino had NO whip cream, yet they didn’t let me know that before I paid for that drink. & this drink comes with it on top and bottom
Second my matcha wasn’t even well mixed clumpy everywhere.
& then Didn’t give me straws for Frappuccino’s!!! ???
