worst service!!! can’t make the drinks to the customers likes Jasmine at the drive thru is the worst we ask for one simple ingredient that they have SALT in a drink and they didn’t wanna add it when all the other starbucks do

Slow service. Drinks are never correct and have to be remade 2-3 times. Do not come here unless you have 20 minutes for them to continuously remake your drink until it is right. Service is extremely slow as well compared to other surrounding Starbucks who make drinks correctly the first time.

There a very few Starbucks left with outdoor seating and this one has it. And it's right next to Jersey Mike's Subs. The all female staff that was there last night was very courteous and friendly. If I come back to Fort Worth I'll be definitely coming back to this location.

I was attended by a girl who treated very rudely and every thing she asked for she put on a face as if of displeasure so she didn't speak Spanish but no matter how much I translated her and showed her a photo of what she wanted her faces were like that because she doesn't speak English and it made me feel bad

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location as a Black woman. When I walked in, no one greeted me. There was a guy working there, he was gay and had a very nasty attitude. I was just grabbing a piece of content, and while the other workers didn’t seem to care, he singled me out to say I couldn’t record. It felt personal and completely unwelcoming. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks at all there are way better coffee shops that don’t treat you like an outsider.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular Starbucks, but they never seem to get my drink right. I’ve had the same drink for three days in a row, from three different locations, and they’ve all made it correctly except for today. This location gave me a plain version with no foam on top. When I asked for the foam, they told me I’d have to pay extra, and since they already handed me the drink, they couldn’t take it back. First of all, if it was your mistake, just admit it instead of arguing with the customer who’s been ordering the same thing every time. And honestly, a smile wouldn’t hurt either. This will be my last visit to this location. It’s such a drain on energy, time, and money!

i know how i like my coffe how i was showing to the barista what i wanted and she didn't to look at my phone and whe i was telling what i wanted she was acting like she don't know what i was talking about she understood until i show my phone again the coffe taste horrible the mexican short lady was who takes my order avoid this location

I ordered 3 matcha drinks tonight and they were all awful. I order the same drinks all the time at every starbucks I go to and I. At atleast 1 location daily sometime twice. I know what my drinks are supposed to taste like, but tonight I couldn't even try to like it or try to fix it at home. They taste like the matcha wasn't measured( massive chunks of matcha floating in my cup after i requested it be stirred because i dont want it chunky), and they completely skipped over, adding the sweeteners ( brown sugar and classic). I ordered 2 extra scoops of matcha for 2 out of 3 matcha drinks. All 3 matcha drinks were so bitter that i honestly feel like it was intentionally disgusting. I don't usually leave negative reviews even if i am not happy with something...but I'm so disappointed and was looking forward to having my latte while I studied and this has happened twice at this location.😞 definitely try your drinks before pulling away from drive thru

I haven't been to this store in years. I'm assuming the owner or upper management was there this morning, and everyone was on their game. My coffee was hot, and excellent. I used not go to this location because of the crappy service. Today was different. Hopefully they keep it up.

I don’t know how their coffee is, today.
I waited a reasonable amount of time but the two employees cleaning and restocking the extras table ignored me. Finally, the drive through guy came over, but my patience had been exhausted.
Kind of pathetic, quiet Saturday afternoon with hardly any customers - you think they’d be keen to help the one that walked in.
