After a long day, I stoped by this place (for thr first time ever) asking for a cup of water, to my surprise, the girl behind the counter said she'd had to charge me 27 cents. I asked why she was chargi g me for a cup of water when I could ask for a cup of water at any other location & she said she was just tood to do so. I swiped my card, it got declined & so I didn't get my cup of water. After walking a bit thru the store I tough to my self "wait a min. Im at a supermarket, there's always a water fountain at a supermarket. After asking where the water fountain was, I was told it was inside starbucks! Why didn't the girl behind the counter told me the was a water fountain literally arround the corner?! It's not like she was going to get a commission on the cup of water she was selli g me!

Female worker, short hair has the worst attitude.I have never been to this location nor have ever picked up an order inside, i walk up to a worker( the girl ) and told her I had a pick up order, instead of pointing me to where the pick ups were she looks me up and down and says “ ok……? “ like I am stupid and she continues to repeat the same “ ok…..? “ whenever I asked her another question.Not coming back.

Y’all need to make some changes in workers.
This Starbucks puts ice in nitro brew sweet cream… which you never do! Saving costs and cutting corners in a wrong way.

Went for some drinks after grocery shopping with my sister and mother mind you we paid 50$! And they forgot to make one of my drinks fine but the girl mia with very short hair was very rude and just threw the drink at us no eye contact or have a good day as well as looking at us ugly as we leave just rude. Very racist because we are Hispanic? Not sure but they need better customer service! Not your typical Starbucks employee
