This Starbucks is terrible.. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew & it tasted old... like not good at all, i know it's in a target so it gets busy but this was the worst coffee i've had.. the manners of the staff was eh, the guy that gave me my drink just basically threw it on the counter, but the girl that took my order was really nice! It was busy, but that doesn't mean they have to rush through orders, i had to throw away my drink as soon as i tasted it bc it did not taste right, just terrible, and this is my favorite seasonal drink . won't be back .

Boo Boo

The lady was nice but the brewed coffee tasted like it must have sat all day. When I called to alert them I was told it is brewed every 30 minutes. Avoid the brewed coffee.

Worst staff and unproperly managed by far. They never have anything, no cold brew, no nitro brew. It probably best to close it if you cannot provide what you advertising on your menu.

I stopped by for a quick lunch while getting my car repaired nearby. Ordered a turkey provolone & pesto. Lady at the counter gave me exceptional service. Not only did she offer sriracha (which made the panini so much better) but she also offered me water knowing I didn’t have anything to drink. Didn’t catch her name but her kind, simple, and considerate thoughts absolutely made my day. A warm smile and kind attitude goes a long way. Thank you!!

i shouldnt even rate this starbucks anything, the lady that was attending me was very rude i dont know how did yall hire her. She didnt ask me what was my order she just said “ your next” and she didnt even tell me my total nor did she say thank you it went through because they were having an issue with the customer infront of me. After that she didnt say anything and proceeded to do a side conversation with her co-worker. I was also going to purchase a cake pop but it had like 3 flies around all the food. I understand im very understandable that everyone is understaffed but pleasee make sure you hire the right people especially at starbucks. ALL YOU HEAR IS HER SAYING IS IM GOING TO TAKE MY 30. Will NEVER come back.

a worker here named samantha made a very rude comment to her other co worker about what i specifically wanted in my drink. she said “that’s straight up diabetes in a cup” after i told her what i wanted on my drink. it’s very unprofessional no matter what i ordered you should never make comments like that especially in front of other customers that’s very humiliating

It is 6 pm on Sunday and we stopped at this Starbucks and we was just going in because drive-thru was way too long. The lady said we had to leave the inside and only use the drive-thru even though there was people sitting inside enjoying their coffee. Never go there again.

Worst starbucks experience! Ordered a tomato basil mozzarella sandwich which didn’t even have mozzarella in it nor spinach. The girl working there wasn’t very friendly so I didn’t even bother to go inside and show her how bare the sandwich was

Every other starbucks location is usually top notch, I have never experienced any problems with other locations but this one just keeps giving me issues. I have been there twice and both times were bad. The first experience I had was I ordered a latte with almond milk instead of whole milk due my lactose intolerence and the coffee tasted burnt. I told the barista this and she gave me the biggest attitude and clearly did not want to make me another one.My second experience was I ordered a breakfast sandwich here and it tasted rotten like its been sitting for days. I spit it out and returned it to the store and they kept trying to tell me that it was freshly made but i cant see how when it was sitting in the window when I ordered it.They probably forgot it the night before and did not pay attention.
