I ordered a decaf Americano here earlier today, but I’m almost certain I was given regular. I had already had caffeine that morning, and after drinking this my heart started racing so badly I felt sick. I know mistakes happen, but this one really scared me. Please make sure your team is double-checking decaf orders, because it could be dangerous for someone with a health condition.

On the way back from the museum, we passed this coffee shop, so we stopped, found some parking nearby, and went in for.2 cups of good coffee. I was glad that we took the time for this stop.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I go there all the time and they always make my drink exactly how I ask. Autumn was so helpful and kind when I was there and she always starts up a fun conversation. I highly recommend this location!

They always take care of me! Everyone is super friendly and knows my order. Being a TCU Campus store the store is known to always be busy! But everyone working always does a phenomenal job and I will continue to get my daily coffee

The employee with white dreadlocks was extremely rude to me. It was 5:34 pm and didn’t want to sell another coffee because it was “closed”. This locations closes at 6. She didn’t want to call the manager because she knew she would be in trouble not wanting to sell due her laziness.This is what happens when you have employees who don’t care and work by the hour.
