I absolutely love this Starbucks! I go there all the time and they always make my drink exactly how I ask. Autumn was so helpful and kind when I was there and she always starts up a fun conversation. I highly recommend this location!

They always take care of me! Everyone is super friendly and knows my order. Being a TCU Campus store the store is known to always be busy! But everyone working always does a phenomenal job and I will continue to get my daily coffee

The employee with white dreadlocks was extremely rude to me. It was 5:34 pm and didn’t want to sell another coffee because it was “closed”. This locations closes at 6. She didn’t want to call the manager because she knew she would be in trouble not wanting to sell due her laziness.This is what happens when you have employees who don’t care and work by the hour.Kid-friendliness: The worst

just pulled in to get some coffee and I see three women walking out with starbucks just for no one being there to take orders, no sign, no employees no nothing and after ten minutes we left as that was the only reason we came in to Albertsons. If your closing early I get that, just communication would help especially when people just left moments prior

You should order here if you like getting disrespected, your orders wrong, and if you only use cash. Every time I have visited this location, it always ends with bad service. It is terrible how the workers treat you here as well as the equipment not working properly. You should go to the neighboring Starbucks at Kroger, much better experience.

i order a venti ice white mocha + ristretto shot and vanilla sweet cream cold foam blended with strawberry puree and they did my order wrong, so i told them very nicely that you miss this for my order. and the baristas there said i need to pay for it. she was just making it, i need to tell the reception. What do you mean, the reception literally write cold foam and why i have to pay for it even though i paid!! i will be so normal if the barista there didn’t give me the attitude like you did something wrong though!!
