Very disrespectful staff. I bought a tea and I expected to get some milk for my tea, the employee gave me very little, I requested some more but they told me I will be charged for it, I paid for the milk but they short changed me and told me they were generous to give me the milk and they will charge me more money to get more milk. I am shocked because I paid for something and they refused to give me what I paid for.
All the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.
They don’t know how to treat their customers respectfully .
I felt that STARBUCKS don’t want any customers to come shop at their store.
If they cared about the customers then they would hire people who has skills to work in their stores.

Ordered an iced lavender oat milk matcha with very light ice, barista’s response “it already comes with light ice” Get the drink and it’s filled halfway with ice. Bro, if you didn’t want to make it with light ice you could’ve just said that so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

Busy store located in Target. This place is jumping. Friendly staff. Efficiency is not lacking. They get your order out in a timely manner when the atmosphere is not like your other stores. Small and crowded. Average price for Starbucks.

Went for a ham and Swiss croissant but they didn’t have any but I was recommended the grilled cheese by an employee named Aliyah who was very kind and enthusiastic will definitely go back.

It seems like they’re intentionally trying to move as slow as possible. They’re much more interested in thier friend sitting down than the guest in line. We waited for about 10 mins and we were the front of the line. I feel horrible for who is at the back.

Jacqueline is AMAZING!!!!! She always knows what I like and goes the extra mile for every customer! All of the staff are super sweet and caring!!! This is definitely the only Starbucks I go to!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I sat here studying, and all I can hear is the employees yelling and cussing like there isn’t kids around. Employees talking about Halloween outfits and saying what’s being ordered or shipped to their house. Just a very unhappy experience. This happen 10/26/23 and around 1:30pm. This is all happening during a rush. Had drinks coming out wrong.

My espresso always burnt bc these kids don’t know how to make drinks, start steaming the milk after the espresso I pulled and let it sit there and stare at it. AND can’t read the symbols they have on their cups bc they just make it however they want anyways even if you pay for modifications. Always have to watch them make my drink now bc I can never trust that they can make it right
Waited in line for 30-45 minutes. Maybe 4 people in front of me the entire time. Finally left after barista took over 10 plus minutes to make the order of the person in front of me (I was next)! Possible things were happening that I as a customer wasn’t aware of but they never acknowledge or communicate anything with customers waiting in line. Hate to do this but terrible experience.

Even though I reminded the employees multiple times to scan my code before I paid, they didn't, said it would be fine, and then refused me a receipt so now I'm out 20 stars. Spilled multiple drinks that I saw of while waiting for my drinks. Unprofessional.
