Can I just say that I absolutely ADORE this location? Many of the baristas know me by name and those that don’t still recognize me and are so friendly. I love the little notes they leave for me on my drinks and food, especially when it’s specific to me. It makes my day. You guys ROCK!

Very great experience! I came in dressed as Forrest Gump and got compliments from all the workers and one even did a quick impersonation of him! Then, after I received my drink (super tasty) I saw that the kind lady that made my drink had wrote “Run Forrest Run!” And “Jenny” with a few shrimp next to the name! Overall great positive experience and the drink was good. 😊

I came here by drive thru because obviously the Dunking Donuts next to it was full in its drive thru. I ordered specifically a vanilla latte, and what did I get? Regular latte. The girl in the pink shirt did not listen to me right as I said “Vanilla Latte, Large, Hot,” and she assumed regular latte. Work on your listening skills if your going to be doing drive thru because it really made my morning bad. 😡

I came in to have my order placed since the drive-thru was much more busy than the lobby. My order was taken and the wait time was 15 mins long for just a single drink.

Got a brown sugar shaken espresso this morning and they forgot to put any brown sugar in it. For almost eight dollars this is so unacceptable and inconsiderate to customers. But they know we’re on our way to work and don’t have time to turn around and get it fixed. Literally ruined my morning

I went there earlier today and the line was already slow and i didn’t mind I wish I got the guy’s name, but he messed up my order he gave me someone else’s order and i said what i ordered and when i was saying what i ordered i saw my drink sitting there and before i could say a word he walked away so fast made another drink when he got back i said i was trying to tell you my drink was right behind you he gave me my drink and just closed the window in my face , didn’t ask if i wanted my receipt ( which i did ).
I go here many times a week and almost at least 2 to 4 times each week
I got my Emperor cloud and mist tea in my own like I almost always do
Usually the staff at this location are amazing but I don't know if they pulled an entire staff over for this shift or what but usually I can get my cup topped off with water but the guy today would not even acknowledge me at first when I asked to have it topped off with water
Then he told me that the measurement was right and turn his back on me and blatantly ignored me.. the girl was very cold and standoffish to me when I requested to talk to some one about this then the I guess manager on duty took her sweet time to come up front to talk to me
She literally stood by the backroom door i guess trying to wait me out
The she was confrontational and borderline rude to me and even tried to claim I was yelling even though I never actually raised my voice exempt for when I asked loud for her to hear in the back if she going to actually come out and talk to me or if she just gonna try to ignore me also
