I arrived to pick up a mobile order which according to the App was ready. I stood in the mobile app order line for five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There were two employees who totally ignored me. Such poor customer service. One of the baristas finally asked me was I picking up a mobile order. I waited an additional five minutes and was handed my order. The breakfast sandwich consisted of uncooked bacon which is unacceptable.I could not even eat the sandwich.I didn't bother to go back inside and ask them to do better. This visit was a total waste of time and money. Shame on them. I will not be back.

Really good the first 2 times. 3rd time ordering and the drinks I normally enjoy were super watered down and messy. I understand it gets busy here but it looked as though the barista who made them HATES their job and put in no effort. Drinks are typically better before 10:00am than after that time.

This is MY Starbucks!! The staff by far is the friendliest around. So welcoming to any and everyone that comes in. You have to leave with a smile on your face especially when Chelsea hands you a drink and tells you to “have the best day ever!” They are sincere with their kindness and that’s much appreciated in the service industry. Oh and the drinks are always on point.

South Fort Worth location was A+!I was only there to pick up 2 coffees through the drive-thru. The young man was very helpful and apologized for the 1 minute wait.It was a busy time of day and the line went quickly. This location has it hands down for getting things done right by helping the customers get their order and be on their way for a busy and great day! Thank you!
