Pretty hard to have a negative Starbucks experience but this one made me have my first

Got a sugar free everything protein vanilla iced latte. But while drinking it my sugar spiked soooo much, to the 300s. Not sure if it was accidental that it wasn’t made sugar free but hoping this location pays more attention to requests for sugar free items!

Went through the drive through. Took a little longer than expected but the order was correct and the staff was friendly.

Update: inside is clean and employees are friendly.

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever thanks to a barista named Shona at my local Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such warm energy that it completely brightened my day.

Shona was not only friendly and attentive, but incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I was unsure of what to order, and she offered the perfect recommendation based on my preferences—something I never would have tried on my own, and it ended up being delicious!

What really stood out was how she treated every customer like a regular, making people laugh, remembering names and favorite drinks, and managing the rush with grace and ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves.

Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Shona on their team—she turns a coffee run into a memorable, feel-good moment. Can’t wait to come back and see her again!

Hi y'all, I don't post reviews all that often but I wanted to share my experience today because I was sincerely touched...

Earlier today I placed an order for pickup and waited outside with my puppy while my order was being prepped. A man then approached me and asked repeatedly if he could buy me coffee (I had to say no more than once). Fortunately, an employee saw what was going on and came to my rescue. Her stature is smaller than mine and she put herself physically between myself and this man, walked me inside and to safety, then brought me my coffee. She also asked me if I was okay and if I felt safe to walk out.

I was shocked by the lengths she went to, to intervene for someone she's never met. I've experienced similar situations before and have found that muscular men aren't even brave enough to do what she did. I didn't catch her name but she is a young black woman. I hope y'all promote her because she is wise beyond her years!

It's a Starbucks. Has a drive through so that's a plus! But sometimes they're very slow, and it's location is in a bad spot for the drive through - sometimes you're snaking out to the driving lane by the mall....it's not great.

I’m a bit disappointed with my order today. I’ve been coming here for about a year and today when I went to go pick up my Mobile order I get my drink not even full. Wish I could post a picture of how my cup looks like I’ve had a few drinks out of it.

This is a pretty small coffee shop. It feels a little bit crowded and the employees were very nice. However, the overall corporate culture is just so toxic. They’re always pushing some political agenda when at the end of the day people just want a cup of coffee. Parking was a little bit challenging here, but it wasn’t too bad overall I would just say it’s an average coffee shop nothing crazy.
