I’ve noticed that some Starbucks locations consistently get my order wrong. I asked for a blonde roast coffee with sugar and vanilla, but what I received was extremely bitter—as if no sugar had been added at all. It’s disappointing because it feels like care isn’t being taken with the order, and it leaves the impression that my business isn’t valued.

Always good service. Happy workers inside and friendly. They get busy but the wait is short. My favorite star bucks. The one off saginaw main by wart has a very rude lady thats why I dont go there anymore.

Staff member was beyond rude in the drive through. I wish we could’ve taken back the tip we left. I asked for a pumpkin spice oatmilk steamer with sweet cream foam and once we got to the window we paid. She then proceeded to bend down and look at me in the passenger seat and rudely said “you know that’s not the correct way to order it right, next time if you order it again it’s just the milk and pumpkin spice you do not need to say all that because it was confusing for us.” I understand it might’ve been confusing but I that was my first time ever ordering at this location and all the other starbucks I’ve been too no one had a problem with how I ordered it so weird of her to say this. Watch out for the girl with dyed bright color hair.

With the way the economy is, a nice little treat occasionally is nice… but I just spent 8.00 on a cup of oatmilk!! Barely any chai tea in it, it was white I sent it back and they did nothing!! The girl at the drive thru had an attitude… what the heck happened to customer service?! Anyway, beware this isn’t a friendly Starbucks… greedy and cheap

I ordered 2 of their newer drinks. I’ve gotten both at other locations and liked them. This location did not make them right. One tasted like they used cinnamon instead of brown sugar. The other was not sweet enough.

Also the drive thru person was high pitch squealing in the lobby over and over while I was waiting for the order. It was strange and for the drinks to be bad was a waste. I don’t think they take this seriously to do it right and not be giggling. I’m not sure what was happening but I’ll be avoiding this location.

If I could give this starbucks negative stars I would . Every time they forget my cold foam and it’s like they do it on purpose ? Today my friend and I ordered drinks with light ice .. It looked like they gave us double ice.

They used to always get my orders wrong but they don’t anymore. Probably because they have a new cold brew that’s unsweet, which is what I always order. They used to always add sweetener when I would specify no sweetener but they get it right every time now. They are always super friendly, too.

What's the point of placing an online order if it's not going to be ready and have to wait for order because they forgot? No acknowledgement when you are waiting, never coming to this location.

Fairly cramped in here. Music is fairly loud. WiFi is not the fastest. The employees are kind, nothing against them but the company culture is not good.

The expert barista charged my gift card, it ran out of money, then she charged a backup gift card. Next I retrieved the hot americano only to find out it was.... So good
