Starbucks is Starbucks, but I always appreciate when a location stands out. Special shoutout to Hunter, who took care of me all Thanksgiving week. He remembered my name, welcomed me in every time, and was incredibly friendly and personable. Thanks to him for making this Boat Club Road location memorable!

I had been greeted in the cafe kindly by the barista, Lily I am pretty sure. She was extremely kind and very knowledgable about the menu. She continued to make my drink to perfection! She is an amazing barista and anyone who receives a drink from her is super lucky, will definitely be coming back!

Can upper management please teach the barista’s how to make Matcha, Matcha is one of the most popular things at Starbucks and the baristas especially the ones in the morning don’t ever seem to get it right and every other Starbucks I go too gets it right . Other than that It’s a nice construction and good vibe. Please fix the Matcha thing though you’re definitely losing customers not me though I’ll wait.
