I usually have great experiences at Starbucks, but this location was disappointing. No greeting at any point, no courtesy when receiving my drinks, and the window was closed without a word. Customer service is important, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue here. Sydnee I believe was her name needs to do better with her customer service.

Order ahead was unavailable. Ordered a hot chocolate and got just steamed milk. When I got down and asked for a hot chocolate they put my order at the end of the line. After 7-10min I just wanted a refund they told me that now they’ll make it instead of having me wait.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. I was very clear and polite when explaining how I wanted my drink. Unfortunately, it was made incorrectly with far too much foam. When I pointed it out, instead of receiving an apology or even a calm explanation, the barista/cashier became argumentative and defensive.
I simply asked for a little milk to fix the drink since I didn’t want to waste it, but I was met with a rude attitude that made the situation uncomfortable. Mistakes happen — that’s not the issue. What made this experience horrible was the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service.
Starbucks is usually known for friendly service and making customers feel welcome, which is why this stood out so much. I hope this feedback helps remind staff that kindness and respect go a long way, especially when a customer is just asking for a simple fix.

As a delivery driver, this place has lost me $20 in business because they couldn't find my order and said somebody else picked it up at first. But then all of a sudden, they found it after I canceled. Then they took forever on another order that I was waiting for.
