Went through the driveway yesterday to order a small coffee and get our old dog a very large pup cup. He is very old and we told them this through the drive through. They were so kind and gave us an extra large pup cup for our old man. We are super grateful that you made one of his last moments so special. Some of the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. The employees greeted me as I walked it. Helped me with my drink selection and was super careful how they made it because I have allergies. It is so refreshing to go somewhere where I feel heard and not just another face. Kudos to whoever hugged and friend these people. I really appreciate it.

I’ve gotten wrong orders here several times. I’ve had snarky, rude baristas. If this Starbucks wasn’t in most of my routes, I would never go here.

I absolutely LOVE this location because of the incredible people who work here. They are the best, not just with their consistent beverage craftsmanship but also customer service. Every time I come, even in peak busy times, they take that extra moment to connect and speak with their customers. I always leave with coffee perfectly made and my spirits lifted. 100 stars if I could!!
Kid-friendliness: They give pup cups to my kids and have coloring books inside for the littles
Delivery truck for starbucks impeding our driveway and my toddler allergy is getting bad so we need to go home.
I talk to the barista a woman dated October 12,2024 1pm. That the truck needs to move because we been waiting for a while and my sons Rash is getting worse and we cant wait anymore.
She respond in a very sarcastic way that it seems she doesn't care like “ow by the way they are not our people”
I know they are not your People but you are a staff here and you can Talk to them because i cant go in your storage rooms.
