Ordered a vt strawberry acai lemonade with extra lemonade. Told them no water .. and the drink taste like not an ounce of lemonade was added. Straight up water. And barely any strawberrys....

Every time I come here they treat me with respect and get my order to me as soon as possible. This morning they had almost 50 orders at 1 time and they where doing everything they could to knock them out with courtesy and respect for everyone inside. Thank you! I'm impressed! Keep up the great work..... PS. They do need to give y'all a bonus and an extra blonde machine or 2( it seems like an issue at this point. ) Y'all can only go as fast as your machines 😃😉 Stay Blessed Ladies and Gentlemen. I walked in for coffee only. Atmosphere was typical Starbucks. Staff was not very friendly, which is what is frustrating to me about most Starbucks. They tend to all have the attitude they are doing me a favor by being there.

This is the second time this particular Starbucks gives me the wrong order. I specifically ordered a skinny vanilla latte with an extra pump and whip. I received a gr mocha nonfat no whip. GROSS!! I did not realize it until I got on the highway. So disappointing after I paid $6 for a drink i ordered but didnt receive instead I received a drink I dont like. Will I be compensated? Probably NOT!! Its a damm shame. How do you give a person the wrong drink order?

Hello Starburst Manager,
You should feel ashamed that your employees ignore people like me. You don’t try to keep them happy. I work with DoorDash, and this has happened to me many times before. I understand that in the morning the store is busy, and at that time waiting makes sense.

But today, I came at 1:00 pm to pick up an order. The store was not busy. When I went to your employee multiple times to ask about my order, they ignored me — not once, but 4–5 times. You are disrespecting DoorDash drivers. If you don’t want to respect us, then you should stop taking DoorDash orders.

I waited 30 minutes, and the order wasn’t even started. When DoorDash support called the store, your employee lied and said the order was already ready. But I was standing inside the store and saw that the order had not even been started. Because of that lie, DoorDash canceled my order, and I didn’t get paid. Then your employee acted like I was the one lying.

The staff here knows how to hustle. And maybe this isn’t their fault, but more of a Starbucks business model. I walked in to order my drink as I always do instead of DT or mobile. I’m the only one ordering and I waited 12 minutes to receive my drink. I just moved to the area and this has happened each time of the few times I’ve been there. They prioritize DT and mobiles. Which I get. But only me and two other people in dine in waiting that long ? I don’t understand. Coming from Chick-fil-A management, I am shocked. 20 mobile drinks and orders lined up while inside customers don’t even have their drinks. Not sure I’ll be back.

When I buy coffee early in the morning at this location through the drive thru, too often I discover the coffee I ordered is lukewarm. Since this store exists to sell coffee, in theory, this is not acceptable. Pay more attention to the quality of your product.
