They only have a single person staffed at this location. I waited for 15 mins & was not even greeted on arrival, would definitely not recommend using this location for your morning coffee.

I bought two Pink Drinks Large Easy Ice, and they gave me almost half a glass of water-flavored drink.
I won't shop here again. The cashier's name is Sean.

If you are short for time, do not waste your time. I got here at 7:35 this Albertsons is a 6 minutes from my house I ordered a matcha latte, a cheese danish, and roasted and pepper bites. They were out of red pepper bites. There was a young gentleman working by himself who appears to be new because he had to look at every car to make every drink that was ordered. Three people came after me and placed orders before he even started on my drink. No, I'm not mad at the young man by any means. it's more so that this is young man appears to be new and he was the only one in here at 7:00 in the morning. I feel like he should have had more training before throwing him to the wolves. Now here it is 7:57 and I'm racing home to clock in to work. I know it's not y'all's fault as far as my time constraints, but what normally takes a few moments especially, if I'm the first person in the store took approximately 20 minutes, which is insane. I won't be using this location anymore. I was not expecting this. like I said no complaints about the young man directly. he appears to be new so that's understandable. it's just crazy that so many people came in to order and y'all have him on the register by himself, not help, opening the Starbucks
Also the drink taste like pure froth. I barely tasted any caramel. I paid extra for caramel drizzle and caramel sauce, and I had to remind the young man that it was missing the drizzle. Please get my guy some more training before leaving him by himself. And maybe keep the experienced folks for opening

Ordered an iced oatmilk latte and got a matcha latte. And it took then 15 minutes to make it while I was the only one there.

Great service from Peter
I remember starting my career at Starbucks and being taught how to be polite to every customer to guarantee they had a good experience, ensuring in repeat customers and word of mouth. This team doesn’t seem to worry about this. I rolled up to the drive through box and I had been sick all night, therefore lost my voice. The first thing I asked is if the drive through barista could hear me and she said sure. I proceeded to tell her my order, grande/soy/white mocha/keep whipped cream/ drizzle the cup and top with caramel drizzle. All she understood from that pretty straight forward order was soy white mocha. After I corrected her she shouted at me “Turn your radio down!” And then when I got to the window she shouted my order at me and handed me off. I hate complaining but I literally asked her if she could hear me. If I had pulled that crap 15 years ago when I was a green bean I would have gotten reprimanded.

Lose the attitude! This morning the lady didn’t acknowledge me. When I patiently waited and finally asked if she was open, I was talked to with disdain. If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service.

These baristas do not know their job or how to make drinks. I’ve been to this location twice m. First time I ordered a latte and she gave it to me iced when that’s not what I asked for. Then today I asked for a drink with no ice (wasn’t a refresher) and she charged me extra for not getting ice. I always opt out of ice and have never had to pay extra. Of course I’m going back and forth with this girl about it and I’m like whatever. I wanted my drink. But then I didn’t even get what I asked for. So I payed extra for a drink that wasn’t even my order. They need to be trained by actual Starbucks employees. These locations inside grocery stores are not the same, they don’t have the same standards or respect and knowledge when you got to an actual Starbucks
