After going through the drive thru, the employee that was to hand my coffee to me stood inside rubbing her hand back and forth on top of my lid. That’s disgusting.

After Thanksgiving they served old coffee that was sitting in store before the Holidays. Instantly got ill after consuming their product. Buyers beware. I dont ever give negative reviews but this store is a safety hazard. Purchase at your own risk.

The customer service at the store in the evening is horrible. The lady with the short hair and glasses I go in at 5:20. Her presence is not welcoming. She doesn’t speak. She takes your money she gives you your drinks. She doesn’t say thank you it’s just not welcoming at all. Just very awkward. Drinks aren’t good anyway, it’s like the people making don’t drink what they are selling so they make it any kind of way. For $7 drinks they should learn. I definitely will not be coming back. I gave it a try four times when third strike I should’ve been out.. you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there. I understand people have bad days, but we’re all grown. You should greet your customers and you should also thank them.

I come to this Starbucks often, and it’s always a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face. Shout-out to Morgan—she’s such a sweetheart! Her warm personality and excellent customer service truly stand out, and I instantly feel at ease when I see her behind the counter.
It’s not very common to see consistent, friendly faces at this location. In fact, there have been times when the service felt less welcoming. For example, I once interacted with a barista with magenta hair whose name tag looked like “Beak” or “Bea K.”—I couldn’t quite tell. They made a passive-aggressive comment about my name in a sarcastic tone, which wasn’t a great experience. Encounters like that have happened here more than once, which makes me even more grateful that Morgan is now part of this team. I really hope she stays—she’s a breath of fresh air!

very rude employee today blonde hair working in the window I just got out of the gym and I just asked if I can get a cup of water she said you have to buy something if you want a cup of water I said can you not just charge me for a cup of water and I’ll pay for that no you have to buy one of their products for a cup of water. I asked if I could give her my cup and she could just fill that up. If it was about the cut purposes she said she’s not allowed To take personal items and use them I said OK do you have bottled water? She said yes why was I not just offered that in the first place Pay for my water, then proceeded to ask for a cup of ice got irritated at me, flipped me off while I was driving away. Will never be returning to a Starbucks location again this is why 151 coffee and other coffee shops are a lot better
Visited from out of town. The team here is incredible and they were fast and very friendly. One of the cleanest Starbucks I have been in. I highly recommend! The Manager and staff were awesome.
