Employees at this location always make me feel welcomed, and always can make me smile with Louis and his crazy laugh, Dales stories, and Stephanie's friendly welcoming attitude, they actually look like enjoy their jobs, unlike other Starbucks where they are all down, quiet, and depressing...but John it's too cold in their most the time ??lol

I’ve been a long standing customer with this specific location all for the fact they’ve made me feel welcomed in the beginning then out of nowhere made false accusations about me in front of my wife and kids embarrassing me/ banning me & my family. all because of my kind hospitality. Naturally I am a very giving and kind person. There are so many times I could’ve complained about my order or how they’ll purposely mispronounce my name or even be rude to me in there drive thru. Ofcourse I let it go because it wasn’t anything to harmful but this location specifically has fallen down so much I’m not sure if it’s management or team members at fault but this entire time feeling like me being a customer was a good morning routine this entire time I was being talked negatively about. Please be aware that friendliness is not wanted there and being nice will get YOU talked about.

The lady at the window was very nice and welcoming! Unfortunately the drink was not made properly what’s so ever, my pink drink tased like chemicals and when I drank it, it made my tongue tingle! I don’t know what happened because I usually go here to buy my pink drink. I didn’t realize until I got home how awful it was, I spit it out and was in shock.

Normally I’d say a Starbucks is a Starbucks, but the employees working the drive thru at this location are always so friendly! When there has been an issue with my order (only once over 2 years), they made it right without seeming burdened by it like I’ve experienced with other locations in the past. I would say this location is the best in the area. Their parking lot situation on a busy morning is the only thing I’d say is a negative, but many Starbucks in this area are that way.

If you have a question about a new drink, they're happy to give you a small sample to see if you'd like it.
