Drive through lady will tell you to hurry up because there is a line (only 2 more people). God forbid you’re a new customer and want to look at the menu for under 2 minutes. You need to be quick to order here lol or she’ll run you off. Just go to another location.

The interior is permanently closed, so drive thru only. Employees park by the door making you think they're open like a normal Starbucks but evidently not.

The reason why i just gave 3 stars is because of today's problem if it wasn't because today used i will rate it 5 stars This Is where my family and I buy our coffee all the time we never have any issues all the time they give us what we order with out issues and they always have good customer service except today we went inside to buy our coffee and they where 4 people working we wait for a few minutes and after they make us wait the lady said o I'm sorry we are not taking orders right now only by drive thru we wait on the drive thru for a few minutes the line didn't move so we left

I usually order the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso at Starbucks but I have completely stopped coming to this location because they never make it correctly. If it's not watered down it's really bitter. Same goes for the rare occasions I order the iced matcha latte. I once asked a barista to remake my shaken espresso and when they gave it back to me it tasted exactly the same as before, I gave up and left with it, but I never order at this location anymore. I now make the extra couple minute drive to the University Dr location.

If anything I would give this place a zero star they were nothing but rude to us and they would talk over us all the time guy with glasses and curly hair was very rude f that mofo

Rather disappointed. Located on the bus line. I'm not sure whether that had much to do about nothing. The service has much to be desired. The drive through is ALWAYS backed up. Service was slow. The Attendant was not attentive. Lobby wasn't cared for. I won't be back
