extra ice means EXTRA ice. i’m asking for more ice so that I’m not drinking as much milk. I actually want to taste the coffee and syrup I’m ordering since I’m paying seven dollars for a drink. when I do get the extra ice, the drinks are top-tier so PLEASE just put the ice in the cup

This Starbucks on 28th St is hands down the best location I’ve ever been to! The employees are always welcoming and never fail to say “thank you” when I leave, which makes such a difference. My drinks are always made to perfection every single time.

I get Starbucks every weekend while we’re on the job, and we’ve been to many locations—but none compare to the quality of service and drinks here. Thank you to the amazing team for always taking care of me. Y’all are truly the best! 💚🫶🏼

They keep giving me whole milk when I ask for oatmilk. I go everyday and they either don’t put it in the label (or the screen butchered in a rush) and then they forget. Or worse they don’t read the label and add whole milk when it says oat. They get my order wrong at least twice a week; it’s frustrating if I don’t have time to go back and then I can’t drink the coffee I just bought. But at least the whole team is very nice, I would just like my coffee order to be correct. The only person who gets it right every time is the girl with pink hair!

Executive Limo

Online shows open until 11:00pm but management instructed to kick out people by 9:00pm and there is no outlet to patio my laptop.
Horrible management.
The servers are very wonderful and appreciate their quick service and respect.
