I had made a mobile order, and I decided to pick up my items from the drive thru. It's upsetting how I literally tell them the correct pronunciation of my name and yet Hanna had the audacity to correct me on MY OWN NAME. bro. How are you going to tell me how to pronounce my own name? In which, I understand and sympathize because I was a Starbucks worker in the past as well and names can be hard. But she was so rude by correcting me with a confused and condescending tone. On top of that. It's embarrasing that she had a black apron, a COFFEE MASTER apron. Therefore, she's an experienced barista. But clearly that doesn't mean jack when her customer service clearly needs to be improved upon.
TLDR: Don't correct someone on their name. Instead, she could have asked me if it was spelled a certain way to confirm if it was my order. And on top of that, don't be rude to a customer at 9AM, it ruins the rest of their morning.

I work from home and often travel to different coffee shops for meetings. Of all coffee shops I have ventured out to in DFW, by far, this Starbucks location has been the most welcoming and friendly staff I have come across. Immediately as I walked in Wayne greeted me and was working hard on the cleanliness of the inside AND outside of the store. All baristas individually welcomed me and asked how my day was going. I was shocked at how genuine they were. My order was made to perfection and rather quickly. The atmosphere is the perfect set up for casual studying or having meetings. Perfect ambiance all around!

I ASKED HER WHAT WAS MY TOTAL AN SHE IGNORE ME DIDNT SAY A WORD I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD PUT STOPPERS IN MY COFFEE SHE HANDED ME THE STOPPER AN JUST TURN HER FACE OH AND YOUBSHOULD SEE THE DRIVE THRU LINE I WAITED OVER 15 MIN , YOU GUYS HAVE SOO MANY NICE EMPLOYEES WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PUT THIS RUDE EMPLOYEE IN THE DRIVE THRU? YOU DONT CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?? IM GOING TO CONSIDER CHANGING LOCATIONS . This is my to go starbucks an its been great but recently they have a new girl at the window latina with glasses an half pony tail an she is not nice at all , she does not say a word when u pull up to the window not even ur total an just waits for u to pay no smile , no thanks nothing just stares at u like hurry up she deffinetely doesnt need to be at the window she needs some customer service training all the other employees are super nice except her.
