I come to this Starbucks all the time, but today was a completely different experience. The crew taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself, and when my order finally came out, it was still wrong. I had to go back and ask them to fix it, which took another 10 minutes.

By the time I got my mocha latte, this is what it looked like—absolutely disgusting and not worth the overpriced “fancy” coffee. I didn’t go back through the line because there were 20+ people waiting and I had already spent 30 minutes getting an incorrect order, plus another 10 minutes for them to “fix” it.

I tried calling the store and no one even answered. Very disappointing for a place I usually enjoy.

The whole staff is SO nice and friendly! They always give me the best recommendations and have such good energy. Jacob always makes sure to greet me with the biggest smile and Devynn draws the cutest things on my cups. Bria recognizes me every time I go in and gives me the best recommendations. Joanna and Jarvis are always so friendly

I went in today to grab a quick drink and snack. I took off for my sons Dr appointment and was treated like I couldn't do math at the counter because the 19 year old got mad at me for not knowing that foam top was a extra charge I had assumed was no different than a regular toping commonly pla Ed on a frappe. He huffs and puffs because he can't understand how to subtract 1.25 from my total to allow me to pay.

Jarvis, this is Dominick’s mama and just want to thank you for your kindness. People like you remind me that good people still exist. Starbucks here at cook has been my escape break from the room for my little man. He’s been diagnosed with a serious rare condition that causes him to be in isolation and up at cooks quite often. It’s hard for me to break free, but always so happy to see a heart warming face! You never know what someone is going through and he shows compassion so much to others. They really all do! He just stands out to me most. No matter what he’s even going through himself. He’s my blessing in disguise and an angel to my heart. I will be forever thankful when I no longer will have to visit this magical place. I only drink Starbucks here.
It’s not the same anywhere else. Everyone is always compassionate and kind. Understanding and pure about their work. I could list names of everyone that’s had an impact while I’m here with my son.

Bree is my favorite barista! She's so sweet to the customers and every time I've been in there she's asked me if I needed anything and made sure my order was to my liking. I wasn't just another customer and it's hard to find service like that

You need to look into how ur staff charges for drinks. Ive been ordering a tall Americano for TWO weeks straight from here and it ranges from ~$3.95 to $4.95 (with 2 pumps of white mocha sauce). I dont make a big deal out of the variation. Tonight i ordered a SHORT americano with ONE pump of WM sauce and the total was $5.36. The big african lady is ALWAYS rude and she gave me the ugliest attitude when i asked her how a short americano is that high - had NO desire to explain how she ran the charges just an ugly attitude. I don’t understand why people like that go into service roles.PS I checked the cost and she definitely overcharges. And this isn’t my first experience with her. RUDE & bad at her job.

We've been here for 2 days. This Sunday morning I came in and the lady at the register saw me walk in and said "Scotty right?". I was one face in a busy crowd yesterday. I don't understand how she remembered my name, but I felt ridiculously special. The people here deal with a lot of customers that are going through the most stress they can go through and I just want to say I really appreciate you guys :). Drinks and food were great too!

The restaurant is now under New Management, I'm happy to say that the quality of food continues to be great. I tend to stop here whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The Best I'm Dallas!!! I'm from Philadelphia and I haven't been able to find a good cheesesteak place in this place reminds me of Philadelphia!
