I waited 15 minutes because the barista had to read the recipe card for a drink before my order. Go to the real Starbucks outside of Kroger if you want a real Starbucks drink and not some person reading a recipe card and getting it wrong.

I got this awesome cup yesterday for 10 dollar . That is totally a steal for Starbucks price. The lady working there was super friendly.

Awww she was so sweet !! I wish I would have gotten her name . She listened and got my drink done perfectly! And I got my extra strawberries. My sandwich was not overly hot like most places. Great listener and super sweet. I will be stopping by again ! Hopefully she will be there to take my order!!

Got there at 8.40 pm, was told they were closed. The batista was standing there doing nothing. Maps shows they close at 9pm.

While I have not been in this store recently, I frequented it during the pandemic because it was open inside when a lot of other things weren't. The staff took good care of me then (being pleasant, not messing up orders, and providing in-store refills on refillable drinks when I needed or wanted to chill (for a few minutes or a few hours). Being inside a marketplace Kroger location makes it convenient to pick up some grocery, personal care/pharmaceutical/clothing items, etc.

Bad experience. I asked for an ice latte and I decided to upgrade to a bigger cup before the coffee was blended. The cashier with bad attitude told me this could not be done. I asked why if I am paying the difference. She told me to move to the side and started making faces in front of me. This was not right to treat a loyal customers. I will never go back to this place.
