Best Starbucks around! I'm always shocked at how fast these guys knock out orders, especially in the mornings when everyone's trying to get to work. To top it off I've never experienced anything but professional, kind faces across the counter which keeps me coming back 💛💛💛 Keep up the great work 8th & Rosedale!

I just went into this location today and it was fate I had ordered a iced matcha latte as my usual and lucky they made a special drink and ask me if I was willing to try something a little bit different and genuinely I enjoyed it. The workers were awesome I believe their names were Raven and Carlos. They took care of me and felt generous in their hospitality towards me and put me on a new drink I’m willing to come back to in the future. They were definitely a blessing to my long shift today. I am very thankful for workers in this industry and will be back to pay back their kindness to the next person when I come back! 😇

I work for a large public transportation service and stopped by this Starbucks to use the restroom and possibly order a coffee. When I walked in, I asked for the restroom code. Kristen, the Barista/cashier, responded by asking if I was going to buy something before giving me the code. I replied, “Maybe.”
For context, I was dressed appropriately and did not appear unhoused. I also didn’t see any signs stating that a purchase was required to use the restroom. Feeling uncomfortable with her response, I asked, “Do I look homeless?” She quickly said, “Oh nooo,” and then gave me the code.
I did end up buying a coffee, but I was taken aback that the first question I was asked was whether I was going to make a purchase. Starbucks, you need to do better.
