I wish the girl could’ve just said they ran out of the strawberry açai. She made me one and it was super watered down I had to dump it out after a few sips. I get it was late at night but I would’ve been happy to request something they did have. It was supposed to be my treat after a rough day at work but oh well

Absolutely horrendous customer service at this Starbucks location. I'd say it's worth getting in the car and driving to a completely different location.
We came roughly 30 minutes before close and the two "baristas" looked extremely rude at us. They had a massive attitude and didn't even make the drinks right. The drinks legitimately tasted like tap water and chocolate. Absolute garbage.
The tables were also dirty...there are some serious sanitary issues here, which is ironic given that it's in a hospital.
Don't waste your money.

There was literally a baby roach that crawled out of my sandwich wrapper after I had taken a bite!!! I put everything over in a bag that I had gotten from the convenience store in here. I then, took the sandwich back, explained what happened, and asked for a refund. The girl asked me was I sure that the roach was not mines!!! I thought that was very rude and unprofessional!!!

Excellent to have a Starbucks inside the hospital. They took care of me very well and quickly. And they speak spanish. I don't give it 5 stars because it closes very early. For the rest it is very good.

Dominique has the worst attitude ever. Constantly making snarky side comments when taking orders. She put in my order wrong and when I corrected her she said “oh you changed your mind”And my bacon gouda didn’t even have bacon on it
I walked in Saturday 3:19 p.m. wanted to get a drink not acknowledged no hello everybody was on their cell phones and I wanted to order and they looked at me like I was in the wrong place so I just walked out I would not recommend this place at all ????????
