I stopped by Starbucks to simply refill my water bottle—for my baby, no less—and was told I needed to make a purchase. I already had my one cup of coffee for the day, and I physically can’t have more.

Honestly, this was deeply disappointing. Where is the empathy? Where is the basic human decency? Starbucks, you pride yourself on being a customer-centric brand, but in this moment, you showed none of that. It was just a simple request for water. For a baby.

This kind of policy or behavior feels cold and inhumane. I expected better from a brand that claims to care about community and people. Please do better.

we went for a short break and grab a hot chocolate. It was so okiesh and tasted like they were serving bornvita in hot water. It could have been so much better . Not at all worth the price . I would never get what is all the hype about Starbucks.

I have been using this star/ points award 10years Most of Starbucks are good service and friendly staff but here. I got BD award and somehow it’s not showing on App even it was saying expiration day today. They didn’t even listen and just refused . I felt like I was doing not right thing even it was Saying expiration day was today. I won’t visit here ever. And be careful when you use BD award here.

stopped by mid morning and the service was horrible. there weren’t any other customers in the store and it took at least 5 mins before i was even acknowledged. then when i was asked if i was ready to order the barista seemed upset with her expression of “bruh” and rolling her eyes. apparently paying customers are an inconvenience to these ladies.

Im not from the area and needed to stop to use the restroom, I am pregnant and it was pouring outside and Starbucks just seemed like a safe place. Well just a headsup this restroom is for customers only and they even stop you right away, I asked to see where could I go and they werent even sure! Just an fyi.

Lots of parking close by made this a convenient stop on the way back to my sister-in-laws. We all piled out of the car and ordered our own coffee drinks, a nice variety. The service was friendly.

I try not to write bad reviews but i can’t deny how upset i was with this customer service. I understand there’s rush hour and employees trying to get every mobile order out on time etc. But I don’t think it’s fair that my order that was placed in the store at the register went missing or lost then after 25 min I decide to check up with the baristas & them brushing me off with “I don’t see a mobile order for Leslie” then I explain how I placed my order at the register 20+min ago then she proceeds to brush me off while shrugging her shoulders. Instead of taking care of a customer that was present at the moment she brushed me off. I had to get back in line and had to give my phone receipt to the register guy, he took his time to make my drink im sure maybe he didn’t want to because it wasn’t his job but he stepped up when two of his coworkers were playing blues clues instead of asking me what was my drink to get me out the way. But hope they see this and maybe see my point of view or where I’m coming from. Have a blessed day.
