Waited and waited for my order. My coffee drink came quickly, but the food was at the far end of the store above the display. Not until I inquired was I informed that drinks and food were in different pickup locations. Makes little sense! Put your customers first!!!

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. When I mobile ordered, I didn’t get my order for over. 40 mins and employees give attitude when you bring it to their attention. This has happened more than once. Will get stuff faster by going in to order. Maybe they need to hire more people? This place is small, always packed with customers and claustrophobic. The drinks and food still hold standard with the Starbucks brand.

Service was absolutely terrible. They got both of my drinks wrong! Twice one of them. I then proceeded to wait for my bread by where the drinks are given out to only realize that it was on the other end. The guy held it up while eating and treated me like I was nobody. He talked while I was ordering so no wonder both my drinks were wrong. I will never go back.

Great place for coffee and special drinks plus a quick bite too. Although the service on the S. University location could use a refresher course in customer service. I still recommend Starbucks for a great coffee experience.

Who doesn’t love a pleasant espresso aroma as soon as you walk in . Not only that the employees smiling and greeting ,Mark made this experience exceptional form me ! Service industry folks with great service deserve it all !
