Drive 30 minutes only to find out it was closed.. the website said the location was open today. There was no sign on the door or anything. Super disappointed but we’ll hopefully be back:(

Haven't had them since 2018 when I lived in Kentucky. They were out of several flavors. The pops seemed smaller and were a bit overpriced. $6.75 for a popsicle? Eek. Not how I remembered... I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

We went to visit during business hours and they were closed! I have a very disappointed toddler and we are disappointed as well. If your website says you’re open and you aren’t- you should probably fix it.

Such a great alternative to ice cream or other restaurants for your sweet craving. Today we got the strawberry lemonade and the coffee dipped in chocolate with caramel drizzle, chocolate chips, and tasty flavored whipped cream. Staff was super helpful and nice.

We went to FW location that had since closed and proceeded to the connair Dr location 15 min away to locked doors with a cardboard sign saying sorry closed....please update your website so you don't waste other people's time and gas.

Visit this place at 1pm…. They opened at 12pm. They barely had any flavors available and they don’t have to-go bag for the ice cream.

THIS PLACE LOVES THE MILITARY - Please Visit! I came here today to find that Steel City Pops gives Military Free Pops. I love this... but I still paid for mine because I don't want to take advantage of this incredible gift to our troops. If you support our Troops please visit this location and thank them for supporting our military. It says a lot about a company willing to go the extra mile to thank us Vets! The owner should be proud! Thank-You Steel City!

Credit card reader was down, and they were only accepting cash. I would have liked to see a sign on the door to indicate this before I went in!Also, it was my first time in the store, and I wasn't sure how it all worked, and it wasn't explained to me, until the 2nd employee came to help me. It would be great if there was a board on the wall that shows the flavors and topping options and such.So there was a lot of confusion and commotion where I felt there didn't need to be any.

I have been enjoying these since they first opened I Birmingham. My favorite is Buttermilk. It tastes like cheesecake.
