Pretty big croquet field out back. It also looked like they might be building a stage for live music in the future.

It’s like dropping into a relaxed country club bar/restaurant from before 1980. It’s not a big place, but can accommodate quite a big group. John the bartender has been good the 2 times I went in. Only tried the food once, and it was excellent. I highly recommend the skirt steak. Came with fries, a grilled green onion and what I think was a slightly spicy hollandaise sauce. Was perfect combo with a nice Harp lager. Do yourself a favor and go at night. The lighting, vintage sign, great patio and location really make it relaxing. Entrance is only accessible from the west bound side of White Settlement Rd.

Went to go play croquette with my boyfriend before our dinner at Gemelle, one of our favorites, and we got ID, totally normal, and then were told that our IDs weren’t valid and that we had to leave the property. We are both 22 and from out of state and were wanting to try out a new place in our new home. I don’t know how state issued IDs aren’t considered valid unless it’s because we are out of state which voids the “Texas hospitality.”

We decided to drop by Sunday afternoon on a whim. The aesthetics was very cute but drinks and service wasn’t great. Our server/waitress seemed annoyed with us even though we just ordered 3 simple drinks at the cost of $55 + tip.

Fabulous concept cocktails and croquet. The Yellow Daisy 💛 was worth the trip! Everything else was a bonus...knowledgeable, friendly staff, comfy nooks to sit and socialize, and Allie, our wait person was awesome. Interesting food options. We only tried the zucchini carpaccio, which was salty goodness, the olives were amazing, the chips light as air, and they were perfect with cocktails. No other food tasted as we decided to walk next door and eat at Gemelle, which was equally delicious and delightful.

This place is a must!!! The food is incredible the service is above anything I have ever experienced. Tonight our waiter was Jon and he was absolutely the best, super attentive and explained everything with great detail. We will be back this is definitely a regular spot for us now. If you haven’t been get her asap!

Still new so giving it the benefit of the doubt. The food and drinks were good but the service could be better and the air conditioning. It was pretty hot inside and we had to ask how seating works, I expected a host or someone to come up to us and let us know but the place is so small I see why they don’t have one. I think I’d give it some time to improve before coming back, it may still be too new to judge. The karaoke room also needs to be booked in advance.

Been wanting try this new little gem in town. It is so quaint and cute. Very tiny on the inside. Great vibes, drinks are spectacular and unique. The garden crudités is oh so yummy and that Ranch and hummus, omg! Would highly recommend for happy hour or a for a quick bite with a few friends. I didn’t do the speak easy but could hear people having fun in there. Will try that next time!
