Worst subway everStore says it closes at 10 during the week employees turn all lights off around nine or a little after and will not let you order nothing they say they’re out of everything so they don’t have to serve you.. nothing but kids in there that have no respect very nasty place

I arrived here at 7:45pm they close at 10pm. Walked in and proceeded to stand in front of them waiting to be acknowledged for over 10 minutes while they (2 different employees) worked on (presumably) to-go orders. Never said "one moment please" never said "be right with you," not a word. They periodically looked up at me and continued with what they were doing without a single word of acknowledgment that I was standing there waiting. Completely ignored me, a customer right in front of them. I don't expect 5 stars from a Subway location, however, this one in particular needs to choose who they employ more wisely.

Horrible service .we were first in line. There were three guys working one guy took the first person in our party of three order he was new and slow but was not trained good they must oflet him just go on his own. then five more customers came in after us and instead of helping the slow guy and taking the rest of our partys order who came in first they passed us and took the five peoples orders and checked them all out and then came back to take our order.first in last out then when I gave them coupon they couldn't take it because they said some stores take the coupon and there's don't but it took the last lady's coupon that checked out before us they should of said it was wrong coupon that I noticed later is why it didn't take.none of the five people behind us orders were ordered on the app or called in ahead they ordered like us in the store will never go back they deserve no stars for this service

This is one of the most disgusting experiences I've encountered in a restaurant. My husband, daughter and I walked into this Subway at 3869 Maurice Ave., Ft. Worth, TX on Saturday 2/25/23 around 3:30 p.m., and I immediately smelled what I thought was puke. I told my family as well. But, hoping to play it off as a strong cheese or yeast smell from the food. Started ordering our food (the smell seemed to get worse), and one of the 2 young guys working there who was starting the process looked terrible (like hungover or sick, major bloodshot eyes and kept holding his forehead). He kept leaving the food area for a few minutes, and then would return to making the sandwiches. A couple of other people came in behind us, and after a few minutes, one of the other customers said to the other guy working there "I just saw your coworker cover his mouth and start puking in the floor ". She left before they finished her sandwich. I saw the sick guy start mopping up the puke from the floor and then teturn to making sandwiches! I told my family and the guy working there who wasn't puking that I do not want my sandwich, and that I was totally disgusted, and wanted a return. But, of course he knew nothing about how to make a return, and we just wanted to get out of there, so we left, and I did not want to touch my sandwich, so I threw it away. My husband contacted Subway via email (as there was no option to call and complain), and told them our experience at that Subway establishment, and to this day (3/17/23), we've never received any response from Subway. Very disappointed in Subway, and never want to eat Subway again!

Walked in a bit late (Unfortunately I was in the passenger’s seat of my parent’s care who needed to run some errands) and told them my name. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have someone with that name. Which was weird. I would’ve showed them the order on my phone but it had disappeared.Told them I came a little later than the time given. They checked the computer, saw my name and that my order had already been picked up. They were wondering if it was DoorDash (it wasn’t.)Makes me wonder if someone had a similar sounding name or something and they accidentally gave them my order. Idk, the whole thing was weird. They seemed pretty confused too, lol. But one of the women made me another sandwich along with the other things I ordered online so everything was fineeee

This Subway is the best in all of Fort Worth. I always order my sandwiches on the app and they are always ready on time and perfectly made. The food just tastes great everytime. Fresh bread and fresh veggies make the difference here. The employees are awesome too. They always greet everyone when walking in and are always smiling. I'm lucky to have this Subway as my local sandwich shop....
