I called at 6:45pm. The lady on the phone was very rude to me as I was asking if they had meatballs. I just wanted to know if they were just out at the moment and if they would have more or not. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t serve meatball subs anymore. Very disappointed.

I went today bc I ordered online showed them that it said paid mind you I ordered twice the worker was busy and basically told me I could cancel the order I couldn't I asked her what to do she said call subway and they only have it online . I did this twice and spent $25 and I showed her my receipt and everything and she basically was so rude and told me she couldn't help me when I looked it up it said she could refund it on her end. Totally disappointing and pissed.

Waited 30 mins! The girl stopped doing my order in FRONT of me to do someone else's. Make that make sense! Didn't get her name and she didn't add the receipt but she had braids and glasses. HORRIBLE service!

Walked in and the employees were having a little powwow, once we were helped the manger told the young lady to clock out in the middle of making our sandwich, then it became a reality tv show, made us wait about 5 minutes till someone came and helped us finish making our sandwich.

I had a really disappointing experience today at the Subway on NW 28th Street in Fort Worth. As a vegetarian, I was trying to order a Veggie sandwich and wanted to confirm whether the bread, cheese, toppings, and sauces were vegetarian or not.

When I asked the staff member about it, he had no idea. I asked clearly if the items I was selecting were vegetarian or contained any meat or animal-derived ingredients, and his response was simply, “I don’t know, you tell me if you want it or not.”

This was extremely frustrating. At the very least, staff should be trained to know what they’re serving, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions like vegetarian or vegan preferences. It’s basic product knowledge and essential for respectful customer service.

Subway needs to ensure their employees are better informed so that customers can make confident and informed choices. This kind of experience makes it hard to trust what’s being served.

Today as me and my family we’re enjoying our food at our local subway a man from the streets made a scene by yelling and making threats to the manager Heather and her coworker Chris. As there was many families in the store with lots of younger kids the Manager Heather kept her stored safe and told the man to leave many times as he got up from his seat to get closer to me n my family and the manager and coworker we feared for the safety of our kids and others n the store!!! With that being said the manager Heather SHE HANDLED HER BUSINESS and we felt protected as she ran him out the store! AWESOME JOB HEATHER! Me as a customer knows why Subway picked her as manager! Way to go subway! Thank you Heather and Chris for your bravery!

The food is delicious, but why aren’t items being marked off on the app? you get what you pay for, there should be no “Oh we ran out of this” and the problem with mobile orders, Why did i arrive to pick it up after a good while and they haven’t been made yet? why do I have to wait in line to get my mobile order… Usually happens on evenings, Fix it please.

I ordered my lunch on 11/26/2024 I have a short week so leaving the office was not an option, so I order off my app and paid the door dash fees and service fee and tip to get my lunch. When the dasher came in she handed me my bag and I asked where the rest of the order was? She said that is all they gave me. I called the store asking about my diet coke, chips, and cookies. The lady said the dasher left before she could give it all to her. I said okay, how am I going to get the rest of my order, she said I could come get it anytime I want!

I am getting very upset because this lady is offering NO solution to the issue. I told her I paid for door dash for a reason I can’t leave my office. She put the manager on the phone, and she said there is nothing she can do about it right now, she has a full store of people. I told her that’s not my problem and I paid for it to be delivered. She again said there is nothing she can do about it. She said the dasher had an attitude when she picked up the order, I told her that’s not my problem I paid for food and drinks and cookies and only got sandwich and churro. I said you should have made sure the order was a whole and she said the dash ignored her calling out to her that there was more to the order. I am so sorry I find that statement very hard to believe and she should have called the dasher back to get the rest of the order. She then said I had attitude from the start, well I am starving and I want my lunch. To this point I still do not have the rest of my lunch, so I am chocking down a sandwich with nothing to drink because the manager is incompetent in making sure the customer has what they have paid for.

So I am asking you how do I get the rest of my lunch??????????????

These guys were on fire tonight. Great service, great attitude
Friendly, helpful, courtesy and all around really good.
It was pretty busy for just two people but they kept it moving.
The customer in front of me remarked that these two deserve a raise and I agree.
