There definitely needed to be another person there. It was incredibly busy when I arrived and stayed that way for half an hour. Despite that, Albert was amazing. He handled a rude customer with tact and professionalism, despite being frustrated, and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of every customer in the store by himself. Our food turned out great, and that's even with it being really busy.

Went in late the other night and the worker that was the white guy was very rude to me and my friend and he didn't make my sandwich the way I wanted. I will never go back if he is there
