Employees show they do no care. Every single time I have been here, something is always wrong. Once is the bread is out, another was the employees are rude, and now the stupid oven is broken. This is all within a two weeks period. They should wither close this stupid subway or start fresh with new employees, new training, and new appliances

Subway is confusing and trifling. This subway heated me out of $15. I ordered online, arrive at this store and out of ingredients, therefore no sandwich, no refund. Contacted customer service line, left several messages, nothing!And why does subway always mail out coupons? Once you get to store, they never honor any coupons.Worst customer service ever. Keep it up subway, other sandwich shops are a little pricier, but at least they care and respect the customers.

Me and my daughter came in at 3:58pm today and when we got in line the girl who was working, I believe her name is heather said she was trying to get out of here by 4pm because she wanted to go home, she repeated herself louder a second time when I said are you talking to me?I ordered the same thing I ordered the night before, only this time she up charged me for mozzarella cheese $3.19 and never mentioned it would be an up charge. When I was still in the parking lot I called and Courtney answered the phone, when I asked her for heathers name she acted like she didn’t know who I was talking about. So I told her it’s okay I’ll just come inside. They were the only two girls working. No customer service here.

Picked up an online order, order was wrong. Do not order online or door dash as they will not read the order correctly. You have to physically order the sandwich in person so you can baby sit them to make the food right. Lesson learned ?

They gave me a Black Forest ham sandwich with only vegetables like how the heck do they want me to eat that and I also ordered a spicy Italian for my boyfriend and his sandwich was the wrong bread and it had hair in his Sandwich and it was so burnt (both sandwiches ) that we could barley even eat them then I called the store and I have called 13 times on the 10th a customer picked up and told me the worker walked out . This is bull crap .

Came in one late afternoon with my family and the place was empty. There were 3 employees fooling around and talking the entire time they were making our orders. One employee who appeared to be off the clock kept laughing and distracting the employees as they were working. It seemed like the employees wanted to make our orders as fast as possible so we could leave. Very unprofessional.

What a disaster! Two people working, but one in the back doing who knows what. The young red head actually trying to help customers doesn't know the ingredients for the sandwiches, is very slow once she gets them figured out and is violating health codes. Like I said a disaster. While checking me out, she walked away to start helping the next customer before my receipt was printed, or before giving me my drink cup. Good thing they were all within reach so I could help myself. No personality was shown, so I will be praying she is just having a bad day and not normally like this. Since Subway is one of my go to places I hate to say I probably won't be coming back here again. And I would suggest you don't either!
