Still waiting on a manager to call me back from leaving a VM about an order placed June 6th. I even submitted a ticket to their customer service via the web form and still nothing. Next step is to submit a formal complaint to the BBB. You cannot just ignore your customers!

Can't tell you what her name was because they don't wear name tags but woman come from the back, finally to help and acted like she'd rather be anywhere else, asked if I wanted the drink and chips but failed to inform me my only option in drink would be vitamin water or sprite. Did was fresh and delicious. I do not like the way they block the meat and cheese now, where we can't see what it looks like but I'll get over it. Real disappointment with the drink situation tho

So slowwwwwwww. could’ve moved faster with two broken legs. there was only one girl working the front and she had zero sense of urgency. could’ve easily helped the next person while the bread was toasting but instead just stood there and watched the oven. also the the tea pitchers were bone dry and there was missing drinks in the fridge. there was one guy in the back getting some stuff done i guess but he was just standing there staring and when he did move it was also so slow. i don’t have super high expectations coming into any subway but like good lord care just like 5% more

Baby y'all need to fix y'all attitude and service today Aug 2nd @12:58 I go up here thinking im about get my chicken wrap and grab good. I already seen one employee try to lie to an ELDER about not having lemonade, well you caught the wrong one because she wasn't blind and saw there WAS lemonade. Now it's my time to order I guess because I was still looking shorty had an issue, DO YA JOB AND BE READY. I promise I was the last customer but they wanna take they time when I'm READY to order. So count y'all days, you might not have your job no more

The owner apparently has just decided not to accept any coupons with the word free in them. Need Subway to stop mailing me coupons I can’t use because each store decides its own rules. Staff was nice (not their fault) but I Won’t be going to any subway again anytime soon.

Also was trying to call about this beforehand but their phone just rings and rings before hanging up on you.

Absolutely horrible. These two workers, they looked quite young, horrible attitudes and didn’t listen to me. I assume they knew each other since they were more focused on each other instead of taking my order since I did find hair in my food. I always go to this location and this time it was absolutely horrible.

Wasnt quite sure how to do the stars. I'll just say originally, the food I rated 2 stars and service a 2 for am shift. My order had no provolone cheese, extra pickles, no banana peppers or spinach on it. Guess, they thought lettuce was spinach. Went up there when I got off and the evening shift fixed it. Valerie and V. They are awesome ! They were very sweet, helpful and fixed it beautifully. They apologized even though they were not the ones that messed it up. They were so gracious..even gave me a cup to get a drink because it was so hot. They made my horrible experience wonderful !! I will only go back when they are working ! SUBWAY YOU NEED TO GIVE VALERIE AND V A RAISE AND A PROMOTION !!! Thank you for caring about your customer service and the quality of your work. Most people now days don't care. Anyone would be proud to have you two as employees.
