I order my 2 footlongs and a protein bowl online app. Get there for them to tell me that they don't have a protein bowl. Ok cool, but I still want the 2 footlongs instead they had to cancel my hold order because for some reason they couldn't give the money back for protein bowl. Ok NOTED. I would not recieve my money back from 2 to 7 days. Smh.

We came to place an order at 8:30 pm, the worker was older with a ponytail wouldn't give his name nor had a badge. He said they were closed but the sign said 10pm. It's a little sad to have employees that do not care for the owners business.

I had the rudest employee I’ve genuinely ever interacted with. I couldn’t ask for a food they didn’t have without an attitude even though you can’t see what meats they have to begin with. I will say it forever, if you hate your job just quit.

I was charged for an order that they didn't even make. One of the staff said they didn't have what I ordered. I asked, then why not cancel the order if you can't make it? They said they couldn't cancel, couldn't do anything, but take my money and not give me food.

I had an unpleasant experience with a host . I asked if they had egg and she said no like I she was troubled and as soon as I was leaving a girls softball team came in an she seamed to get more upset that she was going to have to work. There was another worker there was very hard at work and I wish she would have helped me and I wouldn't have felt like I was a bother

These kids in there were so high he could barely make my sandwich. This guy behind the counter had no personality dead to the world, cause he was so high he could barely remember what I wanted. I explained to him what I wanted and then he was like what kind of meat after I just told him everything I wanted. horrible experience

Took my money & never made my food! I ordered for my family of 5! Girl was rude it was clear she didn’t want to be there. My husband showed up to pick up the food and was told they were out of everything and I would have to cancel my order online. They already accepted it so I couldnt. I contacted corporate and they never responded and never returned my money for the order I never received. Horrible location. This was a few months ago. I tried to give corporate time to resolve this issue, but they never did. We used to get subway often, but have not since and probably won’t ever again.
