4/4/2024We were stuck in traffic, so we decided to kill some time waiting for it to clear. This place was on an access road and was handy. This particular store was one of the most run down that I've seen. It was clean enough, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the store itself could use a refresh. Also, they didn't take our coupons, but in the end, they gave my wife three free cookies. Three stars ? ? ?

I walked in and it was 9 pm they closed at 10 pm the employee a black female with red and black braids took my order and she gave me attitude the whole time and kept pushing the lids and containers around. Very unprofessional.

It never fails, this location always messes up my order. I use the app to order ahead. I always get the Turkey Cali club which costs more because it comes with premium items. They always leave one or two premium items off every time I order from this location. The receipt literally lists every ingredient in order and they still can't seem to get it right.

An employee cursed my disabled daughter in front of other patrons, made rude and disrespectful remarks about her disabilities, threatened to destroy her phone and call the police because she questioned why they didn't accept coupons. He refused to identify himself We left.

Barely picked up my online order as i had to wait for someone to pop up inside then beg through the window at the gentleman working alone on 9.15.23 915pm as he was saying he was closing early because he had soo much to do. Although the signs in door and online says closing 10pm..This is unnacceptable especially getting off work attempting to pick this up for my kiddo

I placed online order and i paid $3 extra for each sandwich for add on pepperoni and i got home and was not put ANY pepperoni!! On top of that the Lady upfront was rude to my boyfriend who picked up the order. It came with two drinks and she told him to get the cups himself. since when do we do that?? Might as well Lie to them next time. Will not go back here !!

Black girl told me the subway melt is now called subway club. After taking my sandwich out, I noticed that wasn't near a subway melt, so I told her that's the wrong subway. She immediately got an attitude and told me I would have to pay for 2 sandwiches. I told her I asked for a subway melt, and you said it's now call subway club so it's not my fault that she made the mistake of giving me the wrong sandwich name. Well, she didn't want to take accountability and then ignored me by talking to the person behind me. Therefore, I left. Get valuable employees because she could easily cause trouble for that place.
