I placed an order for pickup at 12:38 pm . Without any explanation or notification my order was cancelled after the payment went through.I called twice with no answer, on the third call when the phone was answered the lady was rude and it was incredibly loud in the background. She told me to call back in 2 minutes because her supervisor was in the restroom, so after 3 minutes I called and instead of handing the phone to her supervisor she just relayed my what I was saying to her supervisor. They told me there was nothing they could do and that the app was the one that canceled the order which made absolutely no sense. I want my money back, this is beyond disappointing, disrespectful and crazy .

This subway is the worst! Sent my kid to get meatball sandwiches. Even sent a text simple 6" Italian bread meat ball sub. If they have mozzarella then add. 1st the girl was rude my daughter showed her my text so she can get it right! She said they didn't have the cheese in a rude tone. Then she put pepperoni on the sandwich.....nowhere on the text said pepperoni! Guess she can't Read!! Now I have nothing to eat! Spent way to much for a simple meal that apparently was hard for her to understand!!!!! Trash would not recommend this subway! Oh 1st time using this one too. Guess I will stay will the ones who can read & understand the assignment. I give I all 0 stars!! Apparently the evening crew don't have the standards or care. Got three & all had pepperoni! Gave mine to the trash can, I can't eat pepperoni.
I had the best sub at this location. The meat, cheese and veggies were perfectly spaced and just the right amount of sauce. He even cut it so that when I opened up the wrapper the slice in the bread was straight up! It was perfect. He's awesome! The restaurant itself was very clean. Everything was in it's space where it belongs. I was very impressed. However, I am disappointed that this location doesn't accept the print coupons. Also, beware that the sign stating that they do not accept the coupons is not posted on the front door. It's posted on the glass at the end of the counter where you place your order. I hope that the owner changes this policy because I would really like to visit this shop again.

I love eating subway once a week and the workers here at this store off crowley rd. are so awesome, the store is clean, always fresh food, love the atmosphere and Ms. Melissa is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable and love eating there when we have time. We always recommend this Subway to our family and friends!
