Ordered a hot chicken sandwich. Brought it home and started eating it. It tasted like week old bread and had an odd taste. After 3 bites i threw it away. Currently sitting in the emergency room with food poisoning 10 hours after eating said sandwich

The Lady they had making my 2 sandwiches looked miserable to be at work and not friendly at all. She under toasted both sandwiches need it to toasted longer but due to her looking so miserable I was too scared to ask for her to put it back in for longer. Why even come to work if you going to be like that lol

This can not be the world we are living in, this subway is so unprofessional!!!!! The ladies they have working here are just soooo unprofessional and have no customer service skills, why even get up and come if you are not happy... stay home with your problems.... The first time I came here I didn't worry about it, I just blew it off. The next time I came they gave me bread that was hard as a brick, now this last time they just made the most sloppy sandwiches I ever saw.... so I continued to let her make them... until we got to check out and I told her to keep it... then she looked at me surprised.... I stated I am not a dog are pig.. u can keep it...
I really love this location it's inside of the Loves Truck Stop. The food is always hot and vegetables fresh. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. And very helpful in suggesting extra items ( cookies or salads)
The young lady that waited on me was so pleasant I definitely would stop by here again for a bite to eat.

When I walked in the manager was wiping off the counter and changing out food containers. I asked her to change her gloves and she stated I was just wiping the counter and then went in the back and did not come back out. The other young lady took her gloves off washed her hands put on a new pair of gloves and prepared our sandwiches. This was very unprofessional and I will be contacting the corporate office
