I came in with my 3 boys for lunch Mother’s Day. Dakota was amazing and made my kids laugh which made the process a whole lot easier. He got 4 sandwiches made in 10 minutes. It probably was the best experience I’ve had with any subway. Will be coming back!
this is far the most cleanest subway i have been to with great customer service

I walked into Subway and approached the counter, where a slender employee with a ponytail—later identified as Chris—asked if I had a to-go order. I told him no. Without much of a greeting, he pointed at another employee, Jesse, and a receipt on the wall. Jesse began working on some sandwiches.
There was no “hello” or “welcome to Subway”—just straight to business. I stood there for about two minutes while Jesse made sandwiches and Chris sliced meat. Eventually, I asked Chris if I was going to be helped, to which he replied, “We’re working on your order.” I told him that he didn’t even know what my order was, since I hadn't placed one yet. He responded that he thought I had called in. I reminded him that I said I hadn’t. There was no apology—just silence as he turned back to what he was doing.
After that exchange, I gave my order to Jesse. While I waited, I noticed a sign that read “New Management.” I commented to Chris, who had his back to me, “If this is how you treat customers under new management, I’d hate to see how it was before.”
Chris replied, “It was a misunderstanding. If you don’t like it, you can go to another Subway.”
So I did. I walked out and took my business elsewhere.
No eye contact, no food ready for pickup(ordered 20 minutes before I entered the store, the receipt of my mobile order was still attached to register mixed with a dozen other receipts, the guy working had no clue there was an order, didnt have steak for the order and was even after calling his manager, had to dispute a charge because payment wasn’t refunded.) Why is this place open?
This is the worst subway I’ve been too . How you going to hire people that don’t even know what they are doing?. He took forever ,Asked for a nacho foot long and he looked all lost and didn’t even know what goes in it . He asked me if I want jalapeños I said yes and he didn’t even put them in and he took like several mins to ring me up bc he couldn’t find the button for the nachos….
Consistently a bottom tier Subway for the last decade
This place was s hit or miss the younger black guy that works here is awesome! The two that waited on me yesterday was horrible! I had to repeat my order 3-4 times told the guy making my sandwich no bacon yet he still charged me for it! Also they were out of tomatoes as well shouldn’t that have been posted on the door who wants a sandwich and no tomatoes 🍅!!!! Safe to say I won’t be returning to this location my $10 turned out to be $17 they over charged me! I called the manager on the receipt no answer I would really like my order remade or my money back!
I absolutely hate this location. It really is the worst.
I work at the CVS nearby and have been for about a year by now , so I've seen this store run through about 3 managers by now. While the first one was okay and the second one was GOD AWFUL (see other reviews to see what i mean) , the latest one shows promise. The new crew is nice and personable and makes the best sandwiches I've eaten here. The new manager is an upstanding guy so far and has good plans and intentions for this store. I heavily encourage people who originally had a bad experience here to come by and give the store one more chance and to trust the new guy's process.

I complimented the gentleman as he was making my sandwich on how clean it was. It was noticeably much cleaner than most subways. I was informed that they are under new management and he thanked me for the compliment. I have never had an issue with this subway my husband tends to be the one to run in vs me most of the time however, I am happy to have such a wonderful staff and clean restaurant so close to home!
DO NOT ORDER HERE. My online pickup is never ready on time, and when it is… look at that sandwich in the picture. That’s a steak and cheese. Where is the STEAK??

Poor workers, every time I come here there’s only one worker in here. They are nice and do their best but this needs to fixed
