Ordered the 12’ rotisserie chicken , mayo & olives. Mgr wanted to charge me for any extra olives over the 6 tiny piece limit. I will now go to the one on altimesa and McCart. They give us better customer service. Worth the extra 3 minute drive. Stay away from this place

Craziness!!! I ordered a #12 I opened. Y sandwich and there’s barely any veggies and missing spinach. I guess this is why there’s a special for online orders. So they can make ur food any kind away they want to. Next time I’ll pay the price for jersey Mikes?

Pathetic service and food , i saw cocroaches crawling all over the floor and when i told them they said to ignore it.They are unhygenic and do not wash hands properly, few staff mwmbers are pathetic running subway name.

We walked in on a Monday night at 7:10 pm and were met by the attendant who couldn’t do anything for us because he “had all these Togo orders”. Last time I checked, customer service is the next customer standing in front of you who needs a service. Unfortunately this has happened before. As my husband and I drove away without sandwiches, the attendant was not doing anything with “ all those Togo orders”.

The staff were very unorganized, as I was waiting to have my order taken, I noticed a group of cockroaches by the glass. When I brought it up to the staff member he just stared at me, I'm glad I didn’t go through with my order! This is the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to!

Ordered off the app at 4:40 p.m. said it would be done by 5:00 and here I sit at 5:35 still waiting on that order with Walkins being taken care of first as my sandwiches just sits there worst service ever. I didn't get what I ordered for the amount I paid. Definitely would not recommend! One of each meat, missing my bacon I paid extra for. The sandwich was 80% vegetable 20% meat. Wish I could have posted when I got it! Had to work.
