Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Subway
I had a terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed an order online well before closing time, only to show up and find the store already closed—an hour early. The worker inside appeared visibly high, and there was a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the store.
I waited outside for 20 minutes before the worker finally came to the door, only to be completely useless. He had no explanation, made no effort to help, and clearly didn’t care at all about the situation. My order was never made, and I left empty-handed.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the store five times the next day. When someone finally answered, they were rude and dismissive, telling me to “call back later or tomorrow” before hanging up on me.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you care about reliability, cleanliness, or basic respect, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location.

We came in at the end of the night to get the Sub of the day,despite it being late and towards the end of their shift Stacie and Star were so friendly, helpful and cheerful- welcoming us in and joking with us while also being super professional. They were super nice to my 10 yr old daughter, she felt comfortable and confident to order her sandwich. In a world where its rare to get friendly service, it was such a treat to have these two ladies make our subs . Love your energy guys, keep it up! ❤️
Opted for turkey sandwich since tuna looked like it had never been stirred. Multigrain bread was very hard and dry. Ruined sandwich. Dining room not inviting to stay and eat.
