Not sure what the lady name is hit on today she walked from the back on her cell phone talking to someone didn’t say hello nothing just what you want. Customer service sucked and she continued to stay on her cell phone speaking with whoever she was soaking with

Gave my husband my bread and me his, toasted his but not mine when his wasn’t supposed to be toasted. The bread is the FIRST STEP of making a sandwich…how do you miss that?

I waited for the lady to take my order. I asked for 6 inch, white bread, black forest. She said very rudely I can't hear you. I explained I could not speak up any louder. That is as loud as I can speak. She said we'll I don't know what you want, I can't hear with all this machinery. I said can we step down at end of counter and started to head that way. She said no this is where you order. I explained to the young cashier that this is as loud as I can talk and the other lady came over to cut in conversation saying no that is where I order. I said I'm talking with my doctor right now. I offered her my phone and she just kept insisting I yell to her my order. At this point I gave up. Asked her what is wrong with her. Customers were uncomfortable and she said same thing that's wrong with you. I said it again and left. No she doesn't have a tumor in her throat like I have. But maybe she could use some good manners, treat people decent and just not hate your job so literally that you take it out on everyone else. I feel she discriminated against me not because of race but because of disability.
I never was rude, harsh even when she was hateful but I still wonder what's wrong with her.

Service sucks, this lady named carol is slow and super rude. Every time I order on line the sandwich is not ready then gives you an attitude like if your asking for a favor. Never coming back to this subway!!!

After reading the reviews I now understand why I had such an awful experience! My husband and I stopped today to grab something to go. One customer was ahead of us and the lady behind the counter was SLOWLY making his sandwiches. She stops on the last sandwich to take bread out of the oven then finishes his order. They pay and leave. She tells us she'll be with us in a few minutes and takes 4 trays of bread out and SLOWLY starts to to them with cheese. I cannot believe my eyes. She's moving so SLOW! We left. Now that I see this is not unusual at this location according to the latest reviews I won't be returning. Whoever owns this franchise is losing money because of their employees.

The guy working tonight was trash. On the phone talking the entire time he was taking orders and cussing. Touching the phone with his gloves then touching the food. Which defeats the purpose of the gloves. Didn’t even get my order right. Ridiculous!

This lady give her self tip without even asking at it way more then what the taxes is $4.81 she tipped her self on top of that she was rude.. she’s stealing from people it’s not mandatory to tip and she gives her self a tip. Corporate please contact me. Rude people plus stealing people’s money by adding a tip.

1/28 8:58 PM. Store closes at 10. I walk to the door and buddy jets from behind the line to lock the door. Lmaoo I ask him if it was closed, this man told me that he’s about to eat his lunch. I’m actually really amused by this but trash service.

I Ordered two sandwiches September 28th 5:38 p.m.,,, if you didn't give a tip to the male individual that was making sandwiches on this day your sandwiches probably got sabotage like my 2 sandwiches
