I am so frustrated with Subway. There is only one subway I can go to that's actually good and employees are great and yet most times they don't accept promos online. I've ordered from several other in the area of West and Southwest Fort Worth and every single one has been the same. The employees are just horrible and the food is made carelessly and I think purposely wrong. Today I went to the one on Trail Lake and I20 and it's just unbelievable how nonshalantly rude that girl was not to mention the food was wrong and horrible. My first time using that location in search for a better experience and of course I will not be returning. I might just give up on Subway altogether. I'm sure alot of these experiences has been dropping their business. Franchises or not it's just redicilous that people have no integrity or character anymore working a job or living life. Sad ?

I am beyond grateful to have worked at the Trail Lake subway for a little while. I had a wonderful manager who I won't name publicly, but I want her to know she is appreciated. I usually worked alone but when I got to work with my coworkers I had a great time. The people were almost always friendly and everyone else on the team really does care about the quality of the food and customer service so make sure to stop in and say hi! Also fill out the survey on your receipt for free cookies! Leave a good tip! Cheers!

The sandwich was good but I admit I should have went at a better time. I had the ultimate B.M.T. and it was during lunch rush so I wasn't the only person who had Subway on my mind. There were two employees but I believe one was a manager or supervisor. The other one appeared to be younger in age, and I think her base said "Tasha." One thing I noticed she kept doing was rolling her eyes at the customers. She didn't do it during my transaction but I observed her doing it to others. She's young so she has time to grow up and mature for the job she was hired for. Other than her behavior, no complaints about the experience. I should have taken a photo of her to put on here.

I highly recommend coming to this subway! I just received the best customer service I ever had at a subway. I had a very nice lady help me with my order. She takes pride in her job and it shows. I ordered a sandwich with one half different than the other and she offered to wrap it separately. My kids wanted chocolate cookies and I didn’t see any in the case so I asked her and she got me fresh ones that were just made. You can tell she goes above and beyond at her job and she does it with a smile on her face and a great attitude! I wish I got her name but this location is lucky to have such a great employee who cares about their job!!

Went to get three 6 inch subs. After waiting on a huge order in front of me the only lady working there tells the door dash guy who came in after me she has to make mine but and it’s a big but. She finds out I need three 6inch sandwiches. She knows I’m in a time crunch. Says sorry I have to do door dash order first. I had run out of time to wait. Waited 15 minutes on order in front of me already. Walked out disappointed and total waist of time. 4/6/2023. Won’t go there ever again.
