Ordered food online with a coupon and went up to the store to pick up, not to mention I buy from subway once a week however when I got there the younger lady working wouldnt let me use my coupon for a cookie!! Really yall wanna lose a customer over a cookie??? Its a cookie!!

I order the Turkey Titan and got a veggie sandwich instead. Correct me if I'm wrong but Titan means massive not what I expected too hot to return for correction. Won't be returning to this location

I’ve visited twice and both times, my order was incorrect.
Visit 1: I ordered a salad which I consumed in a few bites. Visit 2: I ordered a dipper and the “sandwich artist” failed to include cheese and no dipping sauce.
I can see why Subway is on the decline. Will not make the mistake of returning to this location or any other Subway.

Nice subway . Very slow service . I remember why I don't really go to subway much. This is what o got for almost $12. Avery small salad not worth $6.59. (I literally elate it in 6 bites .. and a $3 dry pizza roll thsy was so hard i was afraod i was gonna break a tooth...wow. Don't think I'll come back

Came here 3 times and the owner charges a specialty price for a basic sandwich. I came back in and told her I was charged 3 dollars more. And I don’t even care for being compensated back but she tried telling me they don’t have a button for what I asked when it was clearly on the menu. - plain grilled chicken strips. Told her I’d just like my order voided. She redid my order with the, surprise surprise, the correct button. Then added another extra item. just another place where people want to upcharge because they don’t think you’ll see the receipt. Never coming back. Check your receipts.

There's one girl that works there she is the owner's niece and she always fixes my sandwiches when I order online and she's the sweetest kindest person I've ever met I hate it that I don't know her name but she's the only reason I don't go anywhere else

Placed looks great their currently renovating, i showed up at 9 pm looking to get a sandwich, employee counting money an hour before close, i stood there for 10 mins while two customers were behind me waiting, when the employee done counting after standing there in plane sight im 6’5” btw, the employee states “sorry were closed”……. I ask why wouldn’t you mention that as i walked in, he said “i didnt see you” so i kindly asked him to turn off his “OPEN” sign if your gonna not serve people an hour before closing, he said “ please get out of my store”TRASH SERVICE

I ordered a tuna sandwich from them everything was old and nasty it looked like something Indian people make just horrible food the quality was so poor I did let my pet eat it put in the trash but I will never order from them again.

The staff at this subway was more than friendly. Excellent and prompt service. I didn't get names but one of them was a short Hispanic man(spoke perfect english) the other was a young lady of Arabic decent I think. Both represented this location with smiles and a bit of friendly banter. I would like to suggest that the ownership put a system in that allows tipping from credit or debit cards. I don't carry cash. I guarantee the tips they receive would increase their hourly pay by a dollar or two. That can be life changing to hourly employees. Basically ownership is giving their employees a raise without costing them anything but the new system. It's an investment on your employees.
