Order my kids food from there and the workers were rude didn’t have any manners on top of them filling my sons sandwich with nothing but mayo and mustard I would have taken it back but I only dropped the food of to my kids as I was on my way to work then my son sends me a picture of his food

Idk why you can not get extra veggies on your sub i was going to pay for the extra but staffed refuses it's really sad when you pay 15 dollars for a sub

The owners have decided that you can't ask or pay for additional items on your sub anymore. If I'm paying for something and cannot get it I will no longer go to an establishment that is not focused on what the customers want.
The service was great but the quality/quantity of what people want is not up to par.
12 olives for a footlong. After that I just stop asking for anything. What's the point when you are told there is a limit on vegetables per sandwich.

When I placed an order for a 12-in Subway and a free 6 in to go with it, I made both sandwiches the same and it appears that half of my 12-in sandwich that I paid for is missing beef. Photos here will prove it and I don't throw these things around lightly. I did report it to Veronica and if you want to see her response out paste it here below. I wanted to substitute turkey for the pepperoni on the five meat Italian. I have digestive issues and I need to remove as much grease from my meals as possible and that's one of the ways I can reduce that and replace it with something that's a little bit less greasy and a little bit better for me. That was not allowed. So I left out the pepperoni off the sandwich which took them a little bit to understand what I was asking for. Anyway, Jersey Mike's doesn't have this problem, they happily put extra turkey on my Italian sandwich. The number I believe. 13 and so it works for me for Jersey Mike's but I thought I'd give Subway another try. Last time I was in this Subway was about 8 years ago.

I apologize for the attitude our servers had today. We unfortunately are not able to substitute any meats as it changes the formula. We do not have the option for a substitution button. 5 meat Italian is salami, pepperoni, turkey, ham, and roast beef. That is the actual build of the sandwich, the name 5 meats doesn't mean any 5 meats on the sandwich.
Store hours and hours listed on door state store closes at 10pm. Employees closed early, doors were locked by 9:45pm.

My husband and I was just there. Ordered our food...3 young men working. We just sat down to eat then we heard a beeping noise...something about a co2 leak...we had to evacuate. So we left as we were leaving those 3 thought it was funny plus on there phones. We went home and we will not be back.

I ordered the outlaw with extra Chipotle sauce and I got only a drop, on 2 that I ordered and I can count the meat that was on it, also on the 2 ultimate bmt I wanted extra everything but meat and it was so disappointing, no extra lettuce no extra salt pepper etc. The chicken teriyaki was ok. Also no extra teriyaki sauce. I am very upset I go here everywhere and this is horrible.

There are 2 black males, one has green dreads, that work here, every time I come here, they’re rude and exchange stars and chuckle to each other. They would ignore me while seeing me stand there and are very loud and obnoxious. They cut the subs the wrong size multiple times.
