2-2-24 I visited for a sandwich and found a couple of dead roaches in the restroom. The food was fine and the staff was kind, it’s just hard to overlook the potential for pests getting into the food you’re about to buy.

I don't do this if I'm being real honest, and I don't want to be rude. I'm just gonna say this is the worst subway/ fast food place I've been too. To start off they don't even ask you what you want and all the employees were working really slow, you have to tell them literally everything for your order, this was the worst customer service. Not to add that they are super slow, it will take them literally half an hour to make a sandwich. Today I went and the guy even asked me what I had ordered when it was time to ring up the order and he was the one that made it. Also, they don't give you napkins and the drinks machine is always down.

I only order a couple of times every few months but this time it was bad with wait time. Online order took more than 40 minutes to be completed even though it says 15 minutes. I used to work at subway and learned online orders come first, I guess these employees were not taught that.

Always love this subway. The woman that was working with us was so kind to my daughter, made awesome sandwiches and was just a delightful experience. Only reason I didn't give them a full 5 is because the bag that had our food ripped. BUT THAT IS NOT HER FAULT. That's just subway. Seriously the plastic bags could hold 3 sandwiches and a bus haha. Otherwise I give it a 4.75. Always a joy to go here.
The food was great ready when I ordered it. the only issue was the lack of meat on my sandwich and lack of avocado/pepperoni I paid extra for.

This location can never get my mobile orders correct, either missing ingredients or barely putting any dressing when I put more in the dressing section. Another negative is the sandwich always looks like a grenade exploded in the wrapper when I open it. Used to be the only subway I would order at but it's terrible now.

I forgot here name but I do believe she is a manager. Friday we had a storm come through and knocked the power out. So we waited for system to come back up. It was taking a little while. But she let me take the food and trusted me to come back. Needless to say I went back today Sunday to pay. It's the little things that matter. And the kindness she showed goes a long way.
