Found hair in my sandwich.
Went in and was and my fiancé had to use the bathroom. So, I started on my sandwich. When he got out I asked what he wanted. The lady that was working got all mad and said “I could have made both sandwiches at the same time.” She started to slam stuff down and was being extremely rude to my fiancé. I work at Home Depot, so I know a lot about customer service. She needs to learn to be nicer and keep her mouth shut! That is not the way you talk to customers. I could clearly tell she was agitated by throwing stuff and being rude. She is really lucky I didn’t say anything to her. But I’m leaving this review so that management can talk with her and do better. I didn’t catch her name but she had piercing. They need to do better about training their employees.

Wow! Went today and made sure that my favorite sandwich artist D was there to take my order. He's that good and caring about preparing a delicious sandwich. I got the chicken teriyaki with veggies and it was packed with flavor. @MANAGEMENT pls recognize D as a great employee, he's the only reason that I keep going back to this location because he goes above and beyond every time!

They close early with no notice often
Ordered the daily special and noticed they were charging me more than it should have been. When I questioned them, I was told that the special comes with a small drink and that they were out of small cups, so they had to charge me extra. THEY didn’t order enough cups, so I have to pay for it…got it. But I got it to go anyway, when I sat down to eat I took a bite and…no meatball. Opened it up, they put 3 meatballs on it instead of the usual 4. I guess that’s how they make up for the reduced price. Not happy with them at all, I won’t be back.

Service was cool the ladies were sweet but the sandwiches were absolute garbage. I asked for 2 sandwiches to be toasted twice…nothing special or confusing just double toasted. Bothe sandwiches were not toasted at all…soggy and limp and only half of the sandwich had chicken the other half was vegetables…just a long soggy vegetable sandwich. All of the Subways in this area have gone to hell.

Horrible experience at this subway. I found a hair in my cookie and the customer service was horrible. The food was overly salty and I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a sandwich today on the app today at 2:30 pm. I got it delivered. The delivery was smooth my order was right on time and my sandwich was correct. But they forgot my drink. Tried to get a refund on the app. It was so difficult too. I open my sandwich and start eating and I then see a long straight black hair that's not mine because I have teal green curly locs. I was immediately disgusted. This is my first time ordering from this location, I’ve never been inside and I still had complications that made me have a not enjoyable, expensive, wasted lunch. If possible, I would like a refund.
