I tried This location for first time only to find a bone in the chicken which killed my appetite. Wont be going back to this location

Slowest subway on earth. Ordered online today they didn't add any tomato's, no jalapenos asked for extra lettuce and olives barely had any on it. Mustard all over the sandwich.

I get to the location at 9:40 more than enough time and the door was locked. I can see the lady on 11/17 sitting down while I pull on the door making sure I came before 10. She said her computer was down and she can’t ring anything up. I sit down in my car at 9:45 she then puts up a napkin saying the register down. If she didn’t want to work she could just say that very sad, very unwilling to work, not demure.

Went there today during my lunch break and as I walked in I wasn’t greeted or anything, walked up and the lady behind the counter was taking FOREVER fixing up 2 other orders, I stood there for 15 min in silence and she didn’t even acknowledge me at all or at least let me know “I’ll be with you in just a second”
l honestly feel like she hated her job, and her customer service was awful

It’s a shame that Subway doesn’t prioritize adequately staffing their restaurants. Placed an online order and upon it being marked “ready” on the Subway app, I proceeded to the store for pickup. The staff member was swamped with customers and my order wasn’t even started nor was another customer’s online order. Subway, do better!
This location seems to put margins before customers. Second time they’re out of veggie patties, almost beginning to fill unwelcome and slightly discriminated against. If you can’t curb loss maybe it’s time to get your marketing together.

I went to this location on yesterday, when I walked in I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a simple hello nothin of that sort, I let that past didn’t think ? anything of it, The lady that was assisting me Name was AMANDA SHE WAS SWEATING REALLY BAD I did
Not want to say anything that might come off Rude or something so I let it slide (which) I shouldn’t, I was getting food for my Mother who is at the local Hospital, she started making the sandwich placed on the Veggies and meat on the sandwich which was COOL RIGHT! That’s where things took a Huge turn before she wrap the sandwich She Took her Hand with the GLOVE ON AND WIPE THE TOP OF HER Forehead THAT WAS SWEATING ? I DID NOT WANT TO BE MEAN I ASK IF I COULD PLEASE HAVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER SHE ASKED ME WHY? Hmmm ? well I said my mom can’t have this just thinking about it she is at the hospital and she can’t EAT THIS( yeah trying to be Nice) got me No where! Amanda says No I’m not giving you anything back it’s not my fault she can’t have that at the HOSPITAL, so that’s when I said you no what?I was really trying to be Nice about the situation, didn’t want to say you was Sweating and wiped off your sweat from your forehead and wrap my mom sandwich ( I need my refund) how would you feel if the shoes was on the other FOOT AND I DID THAT TO YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER( she got really upset take in MIND I DID NOT disrespect this lady didn’t call her any derogatory names, didn’t clown ? NOTHING LIKE THAT BUT I GET told? She is calling the POLICE AND SHE DID THEY CAME AND TOLD ME JUST WAIT TELL THE MANAGER Come BACK AND SPEAK THEN, I really feel nothing is going to change that wasn’t right and AMANDA NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ASAP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE… but I’m leaving this review so maybe the manager will see it from being out of town that’s what Amanda Told me…
Had subway for the first time here. The man working tonight was very nice and patient with me as I had many questions with my order. He was great. Also, the establishment itself was super clean pretty spotless.

My food was 10 minutes late then they messed it up im late for work now.
My daughter and I went to what we thought was going to be an enjoyable dinner, only for the older woman that worked their to call me stupid ( literally) because the younger one did not understand the simple order. Even after physically pointing to the bread i wanted she still gave me the wrong one and got mad at me for it, which resulted into yelling in the store. Ridiculous.

Can’t rate the food waited in line 20 minutes of my 30 Minute lunch for bread and meat I couldn’t get because they were understaffed and over selling. Customers in line in store waiting 20+mins for online orders that aren’t currently in the store to be done before we can be serviced. Needless to say this not where you go if you trying to be in and out.
