The girls that work here ire miserable. They have snotty attitudes and clear Don’t want to work. It’s a sandwich, if you can’t make that then your education system failed. Favor, you should quit. Your attitude is atrocious and to hang up on a paying customer!? Yeah I would like Shannon fire you immediately. You should not work in customer service.

Journey and Jeff are a breath of fresh air!! My husband and I stopped in to get our The Boss sandwiches for dinner and movie at home night and were very pleasantly surprised by both of them. We usually dread going in there and literally had braced ourselves the entire way there for the bad attitude and incorrect food that we typically receive. Both Journey and Jeff had wonderful attitudes and our food was made correctly. This is a big deal as not once in four years have we experienced that at this location!

I will make the drive to go to another subway over ever coming to this one again. I ordered on the app and requested extra pickles and olives on my sandwich. I walked in and saw them making it and asked for extra as their was hardly any on the sandwich in which the lady responded “I followed the formula” and I said okay well I want more than that I am okay paying extra if needed and she said no this is the formula and showed me where it says to only put 3 pickles and 8 olives in which she followed literally on my footlong sandwich. I am taking the loss today but I will never come back here.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I placed an order online and in the notes I put no marinara sauce on one of the subs because the sub automatically comes marinara and it doesn’t give you the option on the app to remove it. I then called the store to make sure that they saw the notes but nobody answered and I’ll let it ring for several minutes so when I got to the store, I asked the girl if she’d taken the marinara sauce off one and she said no they both say marinara sauce and I told her I said well the note say not to on a certain one she rolled her eyes at me, started throwing our sandwiches around and started to remake the one that she messed up, and I reminded her that in the notes to please lightly toast the subs. Well she completely burnt them and started throwing our sandwiches around again threw the toppings on top of the sandwiches didn’t even cut them, barely wrapped them, bent them up and threw them in the bag without being really wrapped or anything. Being rude to me and being sloppy with my food even though she is the one who messed up and didn’t pay attention to the notes. The appropriate thing to do would have for her to apologize for missing the note and just remake them but nope she had to make a whole ordeal about it with a horrible rude attitude towards me. This store seems to tolerate rude employees because they are always jerks with bad attitudes at that location.

I've never had many problems ordering from here. Food has always been ready on time. There have been a couple instances where they forget chips, but the orders are always correct for the sandwiches every time l've ordered pickup.

I thought about not leaving a review since yall already have a hard time reading orders :( but here goes. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered two sandwiches online, a hotshot Italiano and a tuna sandwich both not toasted. We get the food, and both sandwiches are toasted, missing half the veggies we asked for, they forgot the salami on the hotshot italiano, gave us the wrong cheese, and the veggies they did give us were mushy and flat out tasted expired. I order from here all the time and this has never happened, thank you for now making my favorite fast food place taste worse than McDonalds.

Literally stranded inn line for 20 minutes while the 2 woman at the store were making online orders 1st what a joke for a 10$ sandwich lost my bussiness
Just had to come and leave a positive review because I was skeptical to go here from other reviews but had the best experience and got one of the best subway sammies I’ve ever had! The employees were kind and engaging and the place felt clean and fresh. Will be back.
