I thought about not leaving a review since yall already have a hard time reading orders :( but here goes. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered two sandwiches online, a hotshot Italiano and a tuna sandwich both not toasted. We get the food, and both sandwiches are toasted, missing half the veggies we asked for, they forgot the salami on the hotshot italiano, gave us the wrong cheese, and the veggies they did give us were mushy and flat out tasted expired. I order from here all the time and this has never happened, thank you for now making my favorite fast food place taste worse than McDonalds.

Service is horrible ! Lady who was making my sandwiches was extremely slow, she looked like she hates working ! She was pissed because i wanted extra toasted sandwiches, you could see ? on here face !! That’s why they are loosing business because of bad service.

Went into 21938-0Main Street and ordered a meatball sub without veggies toasted. The store was dirty and they put lettuce on my sandwich ? so I called and spoke with Lacy and she wanted the sandwich for me to get my money back. I explained that I threw it away I was upset. She really wanted me to get it out of the trash!! I didn't get my money back so I will not be in the restaurant again and will tell everyone I know. Don't see meatball sub below.
Brutal experience!! The young lady literally told me she could not make a wrap on a wrap while it literally shows you guys offer 3 different wraps. Was in there 1 30 on Sunday April 7th.

The food was ok, but the attitude from the kids working here is unfortunate. I know I have a particular way I want my sandwich but eye rolling and comments under your breath (which the customers CAN here) are not needed. If you are unhappy with what is required from this job, go find something else. Also, I had a reward on my account that for whatever reason was not showing on the register. The kid ringing me up couldn't figure it out and said, I don't know what to tell you. I responded with the same response. Finally, a nice young lady assisted me, after he walked off and made comments to other employees. She did help me get my discount. I work in retail too and understand the odd requests from customers. If nothing else, keep the comments and facial gestures for a more appropriate time... after work!
