So I make a special trip after I get off work and all cleaned up to go here and get something fresh for dinner. I get there and go in and there's one lady in front of me and some slack-jawed person behind the glass. He looks at me a couple times but doesn't even acknowledge that I've stepped in the door. So I'm waiting patiently, for now, for this lady to finish her order and she just keeps on going and going and going, turns out she's ordering two sandwiches with the veggies ON THE SIDE and the guy behind the glass has nothing to say... and he's breathing with his mouth open the entire time. I'm not sure if he's drooling or dripping spit on the food but he doesn't look clean. He also has multiple scabs on both his arms! I cannot recommend this place. If I could give it a negative star if I could!

Came in, 7 people in line, only one employee. Low on some menu items, HOWEVER, MATT was awesome. He had a great attitude, keep the flow going and was able to serve all the people. Management made a great choice! Much success, Matt.

Absolute worst subway location ever. Bad customer service and food was totally wrong. Go to any other location but not this one.

The service is terrible especially when you have one person working the counter. The food portions are nearly non-existent anymore. My Ultimate BMT had about three pieces of meat. Employees allow the homeless population hang out in the dining area. The tea was so thin and watered down it just barely tasted like tea. Just not good. Won't be back and certainly don't recommend anyone else wasting their money here.

The two girls Maira and Kay Lee Rose were great I will go to that store from now on!
The store on Basswood needs new management and employees every time I have gone in there they are rude, the management is never there,the employees at Luke they don't know what they are soing

I wish I could leave zero star for this place. Dear owner, please pay careful attention to what I'm writing. I'm a medical doctor and a Physiology professor. I would like to inform you very respectfully about the people working for your subway.
1. In my experience over the past visits, I found out that 2 people are serving. One African American man and a white lady. Both are terrible but the White lady is pathetic. She is either deaf or acting deaf. We pay minimum $10 for every footlong stuff and the amount of chicken she put it in there was microscopic....hardly 4 or 5 pieces as if there is a severe shortage of chicken in Fortworth..
2. Shady thing is this : customer can't see what your people are doing at the desk. I mean, the trays where chicken and other stuff is usually visible to the customers is being masked
This is FISHY and UNACCEPTABLE. Let the customer know what's going on behind. We should see how you are prepping the stuff.
3. The blackguy has a terrible attitude and the white lady does exactly opposite what you ask her. If you ask her for rotisserie she puts grilled chicken..if you ask for bread with italian herbs, she makes with something else...I'm surprised when I opened my food.. I ordered for 2 FLs and I regret that I spent $26 for the nonsense she made.
4. Why are toilets locked always? Is there something wrong with the toilets ?
5. I wish I could get a refund in order that I can spend in another subway place

Meat slices were very thin. Some what sloppy when making the sandwich. It mostly depends on who is making your sandwich when you go into a Subway. Some people are very good, most are very bad. Now they want a tip for poor service.

Stood at counter for 5 min while everyone was outback smoking with door open, inside smelled of smoke bad, made to pack my own to go sack.

Worst Subway ever! Did a mobile phone order last week. Waited 20 minutes past estimated completion for them to first tell me they didn’t have the bread. Told them they could switch it and waited ten more minutes, at which point they said they didn’t have the meat. I asked for my money back since I paid on the Subway app. I was told that they couldn’t do that and it wasn’t their fault that they didn’t have the meat or bread I ordered. This was at 8:00 PM btw, long before they close.worst customer experience ever and at this point I will never return to any subway after this. If I could give 0 stars I would.
