What a rip off. Purchased a footlong turkey and cheese yesterday and it was super thin turkey hardly any on it but loaded with lettuce and pickles. You’d think I order a garden salad sandwich. Never again Subway. Jersey Mike’s from now on!

BEWARE!! The employee helped herself to a tip by adding it to the total herself. She wasn't even the one that made the sandwiches, she only checked us out!! She told me the total was $22 and some change but I actually paid $27. I called the number on the receipt listed for Virginia Lynch the area supervisor but of course she's unconcerned. It's no wonder this employee felt so comfortable doing this when she knows upper management will do nothing about it.

We went and nobody behind the counter. We call if is someone to assist us and we heard a guy but the don't even want to work and stay on the back
Management need to do something about it We ended up going to a nice restaurant but those employees ended up being miserable
7 other people waiting in line tonight. And to go orders coming in, the all-star of the night MATT was doing an incredible job! He didn’t seem to be worried or stressed, just willing to help each customer and make the best sandwich possible! Give Matt a raise!!!

i come to this subway a lot just cause it my girls favorite place. It’s the same guy at this subway. By himself. He is super nice, and will even converse if you give him the chance. Like i said though he is all by himself everytime i come. Pour guy !!!

I used to work and love Subway but it has really gone down hill in the last few years. There is a location down beach that I’ve given up on because it’s dirty and gross. But I told myself I was going to give the Western Center one next to Supercuts one more shot because the last time we went they “didn’t have the ingredients”. I went in tonight and the worker was talking to a woman inside of the store not eating or ordering so I can only assume loitering. And proceeded to talk to her instead of greet us but then proceeded to tell us it was cash only. No cards. I swear it’s always something.
