I came into this subway today and had no idea what was in store for me, as a young man named Sean was behind the counter providing the most excellent service I have seen in this establishment in years, he was entertaining the clients with excellent attention to detail, he even began to tell a few jokes to the customers and as I looked around the restaraunt, the faces of everyone in the building were that of sheer ecstasy and tears of joy fell from their faces as they thoroughly enjoyed their sandwich art, their taste buds wet with the passion that was put into their creation. The chips were crisp, the bread was perfectly baked, people wept at the thought of having to leave the building. I've never been so impressed with something as I was with this mans discipline and courage as a sandwich artist. Thank you Sean for making my life complete. #successfulsubwaysunday #subwaysuperstar

Look I am so grateful to the lady who attended me last night 02/23/2025 so I was walking thru mercantile station to this subway cause my phone die 😑 so I walked for 35 minutes and first I choose to eat at waffle House I explained this man my phone die I'm gonna do tap pay so he says not to me 👎🏼 but subway lady immediately save me I eat there charger my phone thank so much ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🫶🏼

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was overcharged with terrible customer service. I have never been so disappointed in Subway.

Stood here for 10 minutes waiting for the restroom to wash my hands before ordering a sandwich. They are out of order. Pretty nasty. Employees just watched me standing there too. Worst Subway I've been to so far.

Was not thrilled with the customer service from the employee, she seems more concerned with what was going on with her phone then anything that was going on in the store. Also the bathrooms were a disaster, I asked attendant if there was anyone in the men's bathroom and I was told they lost the key and that I would have to use the ladies room on entering the ladies room the bathroom was not clean at all and the water to the toilet has been shut off and then to top it all off there was no soap in the bathroom.
