I understand we're talking about fast food slop, but I've never felt like I've walked into an alternate dimension before.

We got creepy older employees chatting up a teenager and having her do all the work. We got the teenager seemingly never interacted with a human before, and working slower than it would've taken me to make the sandwich myself. Some other employee blasting tiktoks on his phone (probably on his lunch break but at least pay that dude enough to afford headphones).

Got me scared I was about to get food poisoning. Customer service terrorism

This visit was on 11/8/25 at 6pm:
On this particular day, I walked into the subway there was a young lady behind the counter, making two sandwiches for a couple in front of me. She allowed kids to come in and get free drinks. Did not acknowledge anyone and was so distracted by her friend visitor (who was not eating) that she was holding up the line. She proceeded to tell her friend to knock on the bathroom door and tell him “hurry up” she totals the order and I’m standing there waiting for her to take my order but she proceeds to talk to her friend. The toilet flushes and IMMEDIATELY a guy comes out and goes behind the counter grabs gloves acknowledges me and starts to make my sandwiches. 1. The toilet flushes and he IMMEDIATELY comes out! no pause no water no nothing just comes out and goes behind the counter grabs gloves acknowledges me and starts making food. He did not wash his hands coming from the restroom and with the lovely open viewing concept subway has. The gloves sit RIGHT NEXT TO THE SINK!!! Which gave him opportunity to ensure he WASHES his hands before handling anyone’s food that they are about to consume. I then asked him “Did you just come out the restroom?” he said hesitantly “yeah” hoping that this would click that I know he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS he then further continued to fix the food and on top of that they had CLEAR gloves and you could visibly see the black dirt and grime caked under his nails!!! I let him know that he no longer needed to continue making the food and why. I really hope this gets corrected and training takes place on the importance of HAND HYGIENE especially in this industry it’s really unacceptable.

Ordered online and Anthony informed me this location was out of the cheese I liked. Made my order fresh with the cheese available on hand. Anthony attempted to reach out to me beforehand to inform me about the outage before I came to pickup my order. Anthony I applaud you and would like to recognize you for going above and beyond for my order. Would love for management and ownership to commend his service. Will be back soon

This Subway location is poorly managed. We placed a mobile order on 9/14/25 at 5pm, showed up 10 minutes early only to find out that neither of the two employees knew how to use the machine to slice the turkey breast. They said the previous shift didn't prepare anything before they left, and the manager wouldn't be there for another 20 minutes to show them how to work the machine. They had to then call the manager to figure out how to process a refund so we could place another mobile order at the Heritage Trace location. Plus, after placing our order at the Heritage Trace location, I see that this North Tarrant Pkwy location was charging $1 more per sandwich. The exact same order at the North Tarrant Pkwy location was $31.40 while the Heritage Trace location charged me $26.27.

Order a late lunch on the Subway App at 1:52pm because Jersey Mike's sounded really, really good, but Subway (smeh) was just across the street and I needed to be back fast.

Employee called me at 1:55 to tell me their toaster was broken. Okay, fine, not a big deal.

I wait 15-minutes before heading over to the store so that they have time to prepare my sandwiches. I arrive at 2:08. Three employees are in the store, no other customers, and my food hasn't even started being prepared.

I sit down at a table and wait patiently (I'm a millennial, I leave bad reviews, but know better not to be a Karen.) My food is finally ready and I walk out the door at 2:22pm.

Moral of the story. Just go to Jersey Mike's. I ended up paying the same price at Subway for smaller sandwiches, plus still waited twice as long.

This is the 3rd subway me and my boyfriend have tried and everytime without fail they mess up in some way. Either our breads are switched or they mess up which one is toasted, needless to say we will never be going to subway its not worth the money or the time.

They desperately need more people here. Currently in a slow line of 5 people, been waiting over 10 minutes. Not the sandwich artists fault, there's only so much one person can do. Seems to be a lot of turnover here which is usually the sign of a bad manager.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, all 3 came out completely wrong. service was okay but was annoyed at the fact that they kept messing up my order. ended up refunding 1 sandwich, due not being able to be made correctly (took 30mins). Needs new staff immediately!!!
